“Decided on Lee's in Trotwood Ohio for dinner last night, and it was the best meal I've had from there this year. David, the manager? prepared my order just as I requested in the app. The chicken-both tenders and wings-were hot and very fresh. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the baked beans were in an actual lidded container. The potato salad and skins were also fresh and delicious. David brought my meal up to the registered packed everything carefully including the apple pie and dipping sauces.
Although the requested butter and honey for the biscuits was left out, I still have to rate them a 5. I couldn't be more.plased with the meal and the service received.“

Parking: Plenty of parking close to the door. I have always been able to park with no problems at any of the subway locations I’ve been to.“

“I recently stopped by White Castle for a pick-up order and overall had a pretty positive experience. Placing the order was simple and convenient, and when I arrived, everything was ready in a timely manner. The service stood out to me more than anything—everyone I interacted with was polite, quick, and seemed genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of, which is always appreciated.
The only downside to my visit was that they were unable to provide me with the medium milkshake I had ordered. It’s something I was really looking forward to, so at first I was a little disappointed. However, the way the staff handled the situation made a big difference. Instead of just brushing it off, they immediately took the initiative to write me a coupon so I could come back and get the milkshake on my next visit. That thoughtful gesture completely changed my impression of the situation and showed me they truly care about customer satisfaction.
Overall, while everything didn’t go perfectly, the staff’s willingness to resolve the issue and make it right left me with a very positive impression. I’ll definitely be returning soon.“
