“This actually is The Best Mexican Restaurant in Dayton! While we have tried many establishments around the area, this place knows what they are doing in the kitchen. This is probably the only restaurant where the chimichanga I order actually came out crispie and very tasty. Their refried beans are hand made and so so good. While my wife was devouring her fajitas and a Diet Coke, I got my favorite Jarritos Mandarin to drink with my meal. We are very much looking forward to our next meal here!“

Chips & Guac and the lamb birria were as good as always. My daughter had never had lamb and loved it. “This was my first time eating at Chiapas. The food was delicious. Our server, Priscilla, was interactive, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. We really enjoyed her! The atmosphere was nice and clean; however, the music was a little loud where we were sitting, making it difficult to have quiet conversation. My only disappointment was not getting any tres leches cake because they were out ?. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning.“

Food is good and pretty decent, Margaritas! I don't recommend the corner booth at the end of the restaurant on the right when you walk in the doors. It should not be used. It's very uncomfortable, and we were forgotten about at one point because you really can't be seen well from the servers in that spot.“

I had the steak fajitas with beans and rice and it was fantastic. Good prices for the serving size paid $14 for the fajitas and made 3. “This place. Is INCREDIBLE. I know this is overused, but this ppace truly treats you like family. This is my first bar experience, and they just made themselves a new regular. And dont get me started on the food. It is BETTER than homemade. “El Toro is not just another Mexican restaurant it's the Mexican restaurant. I go every Saturday for the fantastic service and food. This is my favorite location but they are all amazing, try one today you won't regret it. Great food, great price and even better service.“

Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly.
