“Stopped after work to grab dinner, ordered online, said that my order should be ready for pickup by a certain time (which I love this feature). Got there and the (what I presumed to be the manager) greeted me asked about my order. Once the info was given he said I think we will have that out before that time. While I was waiting he even updated me that he was working on my order now. All the staff that I encountered was extremely personable and friendly. That is something to me a rare occurrence nowadays as most of the time most places just want to be able to say here’s your food don’t know if it’s correct bye. The manager made sure to let me know there were utensils and napkins etc already in there bag. He even took the time to chat for a sec, Food was as usual stellar, I begged the manager to see if they could open a wings over next to every Raising Canes, by far way better than Canes flavorless, scrawny tenders. Wings Over thank you for the experience, keep doing what you’re doing.

“Came from Vegas to celebrate my granddaughters 8th birthday and she wanted to go here for her birthday dinner was EXTREMELY saddened when told they don’t do anything special for birthdays and when my server told me “ we would have to be doing those all the time” it seemed so corporate. I come from the hospitality capital of the world and in my 67 years on the planet have never been so hurt that I couldn’t provide this simple public expression of celebration. The desert they provided did not even come with a candle…this is a policy that needs to change…love the food and environment and the staff just not o fan of corporate policies“

“Roosters what can I say about the food. It’s always finger licking good. Always pleasant when I call in an order. Order is exactly right each time. I do food check before I leave. I’m satisfied. The CSR/ Waitress are full of smiles, respectful service and are very bubbly even during busy times.“

“A group of work friends went to Roosters for dinner after work. The staff was friendly and courteous and did not make us feel rushed at all. They allowed us time to just talk while we waited for everyone to arrive and didn't rush us out the door as soon as we finished eating. “Chili blog on the road. on a road trip to columbus.. After a nice fall walk and some record shopping. i picked up Chili and cornbread. For 5.50 The chili was very decent. Huge chunks of beef chili and kidney beans. Onion dices so thin that you get that flavor without the texture they also appear to use red pepper but no chunky tomatoes. This chili had a very minimal amount of spice. Overall. 7.5 I'd definitely come back for the chili.“

“I haven't been to a roosters in a hot minute. I went to meet a close friend, her dad her new baby and my mom met us there. I'm really picky about my chicken, so I planned on getting a burger, last minute, I switched to the BBQ chicken and bacon with cheese, and lettuce. And I got my dumpster fries. Love me some dumpster fries. Heart attack on a plate. Yum. It was fan-frickin tastic. Chicken was cooked perfectly (doesn't happen at places too often the way I like) fries were great, everything was pretty warm, could have been a bit hotter but not complaining too much. My groups food, everyone said their meals were great, good service, and just an all around nice time.“

“Was in Saturday 11/1 . The food was outstanding and our waitress was handling several tables but provided great service. A youth soccer team came in without notice . Some of the kids were rude and obnoxious. One of the little angels bumped my wife's chair several times. His mother finally told him to say excuse me. He said sorry mom and continued the bump my wife several more times. Mom set silent and did nothing to correct him . Just a little hint.. not all of these angels should be Treated like kings. There was about 40 people in their party an the restaurant only has about 10 tables. Only had 1 waitress. I felt sorry for her.they could have at least gave notice so extra help could have been called. She is a great waitress and future complaints from this group should be disregard“

“I recently discovered this restaurant today 09/05/2025! Through my sister. It's absolutely delicious! I'm particularly fond of their grilled chicken tenders. The Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was incredible and complemented the toast perfectly. I also had the 6 Boneless Wing Pack Carolina Gold BBQ Fries Tossed in Sauce/Dry Rub I'll definitely be returning!“

“We stopped in tonight, they were busy but only had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. The hostess was very sweet as was the bartender. Our waitress was Macie and she was SO sweet and so amazing. Also have to note that the manager (I think she said his name was David or Dave) was busting his butt, taking care of everything from seating to bussing tables. “Do NOT order 007 if you are lactose intolerant. Ferris (sp?) will absolutely hook you up with a NY style pie so dense with dairy it will take you days to recover. Solid, tasty pizza with a good crust - you know sometimes pizza places have bland crust that tastes like cardboard, but not 007 - and good coverage of toppings. Reasonable price and ridiculously friendly service. They've earned my loyalty.“

My husband and I went here for lunch. There was plenty of parking and a steady flow of folks in and out for good reason. The owner, J.R., greeted us as soon as we walked in. Radish, I'm a bit picky eater when it comes to chicken, but radish, I become even more picky but I would give 5/5 with the home-made radish, sour yet refreshing, soooo good.
