“The tenders were a nice size and actually pretty good. However, I asked for them to be well done and the skin was kinda soggy and peeling off. Bummer. “I have not been to this roosters since they have remodeled the facility. I must admit it is very nice inside the new rehabilitated building feels like a larger amount of space. I like how the bar is in the middle. Being centralized is okay for everyone. You know. If you sit the bar you can see all around you and I think it's just good for the environment. Looks great in there. The food has not changed. It's even better. I like the new dry rubs they have. The lemon pepper is really good. The sweet barbecue is really good and also like their Caesar wrap that they have and I had that with fried chicken inside but I got the sweet barbecue rub and I had the sweet barbecue rub on my wings. I had a great server, my son and I after graduation sit on the patio. It's beautiful day in Columbus so Ohio very very good environment on a Saturday afternoon to have a meal at roosters. I still feel roosters has some of the best, if not the best wings in town, especially if you like your wings cooked a certain way. I like mine fried extra crispy but also the customer service is outstanding being met at the door. You know ask where I would like to sit, and didn't have us standing there waiting looking around for a seat. I think that's very important when you come into a restaurant ready to eat and you just standing around 10 minutes. Trying to figure out what's going to happen and you haven't been taken for a seat or let knowing it'll be a few minutes. I do like that. Overall. This roosters has everything you need and the restrooms are clean too. So I can't complain. That's the top. The whole review off is the restrooms were very clean.“

“I recently discovered this restaurant today 09/05/2025! Through my sister. It's absolutely delicious! I'm particularly fond of their grilled chicken tenders. The Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was incredible and complemented the toast perfectly. I also had the 6 Boneless Wing Pack Carolina Gold BBQ Fries Tossed in Sauce/Dry Rub I'll definitely be returning!“

“I always enjoy a quick stop at roosters for a beverage and some food. I spent $15 plus $5 tip on a chicken mushroom Swiss sandwich plus a short mango cart. Not horrible. All in all the prices are decent and food is usually really good. Can't complain 🙃“

Huge chunks of beef chili and kidney beans. Onion dices so thin that you get that flavor without the texture they also appear to use red pepper but no chunky tomatoes. This chili had a very minimal amount of spice. Overall. 7.5 I'd definitely come back for the chili.“

They chop up the breast and thighs which made it difficult to avoid bones. I hate pulling things out of my mouth when eating, just bad manners, so with the tenders I can avoid that. But the food was very good, the curly fries were also good. All in all, I'd eat here again.“

“We are beyond impressed by the food, great owner, friendly chef, and fantastic experience at Golden Fried Chicken and Fish. This is the place if you’re looking for true southern-style fried catfish. My husband and I went here for lunch. There was plenty of parking and a steady flow of folks in and out for good reason. The owner, J.R., greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful, informative, and so nice. His staff clearly respects him, and he runs a great shop. It only took 10 minutes to get all our food steaming hot and fresh. I ordered the catfish dinner. My husband ordered the Golden Combo. Just, wow. The flavor on this is 10/10. The last time I had catfish this good was when we were down south. “Roosters German Village has very limited parking..so be prepared to park on the street..I had potato skins--they were fresh and delicious. Ordered a Margarita...it was so good I gave the bartender a tip, well I gave to my server to give to her because she was busy- I hope she got it, ordered 6 wings with a Asian sauc. I haven't been to any Roosters for over 8 years...I ate one wing, it lacked flavor and it was over cooked. I may not return for the wings but will return to have a margarita and try some of their other items on the menu“
