“Extremely fast friendly Taco Bell I have family that lives in upper Sandusky we came up to meet with them for the holiday. decided to eat in with my wife/kids extremely tidy clean lobby extremely friendly employees that even brought our food out to our table. Definitely gonna grab some next time I'm up there cause our Delaware location is awful.“

“ahh, the infamous Upper Sandusky Mcdonalds!
I have been coming to this McDonald's on Wednesday nights after church for a number of years, with our youth group. and for all of those times, the staff has always been gracious enough to put up with our antics, often letting us stay later than we should, as long as we agreed to clean up our messes (even though they have RIGHTFULLY gotten a little short with us, haha)
I have been through the remodel thay happened a couple years ago, and it seems like at the turn of the remodel, the food quality has gone down, as well as their service quality (yes I am aware this is a mcdonalds)
since they put the kiosks in, its almost impossible to get someone to come to the front to physically take your order, even when the restaurant is not busy at all. often waiting quite a few minutes. the manager (i believe she is the manager) is always so kind, as well as the rest of the staff, but it's just usually a slow process!
regardless, I will always enjoy coming here on a Wednesday with my friends! the memories we've made are so special, and the staff has been a part of it too!
I definitely recommend getting the snack wraps since they are back! 🤗“

“The staff that closed last night (Friday, 10/4) were so nice to me. I was 2 hours in to a 12 hour drive from Indiana to New Jersey and needed a mocha moo latte to keep me going. I was so excited when I saw a sign for this DQ but unfortunately I arrived at the door exactly at 9 pm when they had just locked the door and were in the process of closing up. They took pity on me and let me in and made my moolatte. I'm sure they would have rather been on their way home instead of getting things back out for a solo traveler. I thank them so much for their kindness to me. Moolattes are the best!“

“The cashier here put me in a good mood. I asked for food, and she said no. It caught me off guard. I had no issues with selecting or ordering. It was empty when I was here. They do have two screens if it does get busy or you want to take your time ordering without the pressure of being in a rush. Take it from me. Sometimes, I don't know what I want, and taking a slow approach works for me. There's plenty of tables and chairs here. They were all clean. The employees had good humor and got along, which makes the atmosphere that of a good one. Payment here will be in the form or cash or credit cards.“

“The staff was very nice and the young man behind the counter was willing to help with a little experiment I came up with. The idea was could you turn the honey mustard sauce into a glaze on oven roasted chicken sandwich. So I had the young man place honey mustard on my oven roasted chicken sub and then add the provolone cheese and double toast the sub. It worked well the honey mustard glazed on to the oven roasted chicken breast and the cheese accented it very well. Added toppings and mayo along with a little more honey mustard. The sub turned out great.“

“The shift from Thursday Sept 4 at 1715 was so sweet!!! From my experience, it’s kinda hard to understand the ratings. My only complaint is not all the chains using discount codes. As a truck driver, people always tearing our heads off with prices and ion like that.“

“Came in, wanted to place an order to pick up in 2 hours. I thought I was being helpful by ordering ahead and giving them plenty of time to complete my order. The 2 employees appeared to be put out that I requested help. There was only one customer there besides me. They told me I would need to go online to order. I left, disappointed that there was NO customer service. I drove across town and got immediate, courteous service/assistance from that store.“

“We went tonight and the cashier was such a nice kind wonderful person great service great employee And the crew were very friendly and hard-working they said hello and talk to us while we waited for our food thank you for having such a good team there we were there about 7 o’clock tonight or a little after“
