Shelves packed, fridges loaded, and a full lineup of Coke products to wash it all down. We stop here 2–3 times a month, and for good reason. The food never misses. Here's what we had today: 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza – 8.1/10 Hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. A crustless, center-cut slice of cheesy joy. No edge, no problem—it hits hard where it counts. 🍕 Sausage Pizza – 8.4/10 Same amazing base, but the sausage takes it up a notch. Big, juicy chunks of sausage packed with flavor. Definitely the MVP slice today. 🌶️ Mild Pepper Sub – 9.2/10 This one’s my go-to. Not super spicy, but absolutely loaded with flavor. “I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. “The whole experience was personalized to what we were there to celebrate! Fabulous food and wait staff! Made our night even more special!“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“The coffee and service were great, but unfortunately the baked goods were not. My son and I each got a lemon poppyseed scone, and they had a strange taste. They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

“My husband and myself would wait 2 hours for a Momocho dinner. We do not go out often here in Cleveland. The only place we go about twice a year together is Momocho. There is nothing on the menu that isn't amazing and the guacamole is out of this world. The drinks soooo good. I highly recommend!!! Eric the owner is always down to earth and wants you to enjoy not only the food but the entire experience!!!“

“Bookhouse is an absolute gem. Amazing beers in a variety of interesting styles, friendly & attentive bartenders, and a nice relaxing environment. You'll feel welcome no matter who you are. Ask the bartenders about the history of the building if you're a history buff, it's extremely cool and unique. If you're like me and enjoy going out for a beer, but want to be somewhere you can have a conversation without sports or other TV blaring at you, this is the place to be!“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“I went here twice in the three days I was visiting. Everything was great. The place has an old fashioned diner vibe. Food was freshly made and no matter how busy they were, and they were definitely busy, the food came out so fast! The food was very good for breakfast. I recommend the pancakes and western omelette! She was excellent and very attentive while also respecting our privacy. Also, the chairs at the bar are the comfiest seats my cheeks have ever sat on at a bar! 🤭 Now the food…we had Soul Rolls, which have never let me down yet! Yummmm. “Good Pizza, I went in with very low expectations.. thinking it’s just another pizza place,basic. I was WRONG!! I Love the crust on this pizza the toppings pair well together and my two favorites on the regular menu are Margheritta, and white.. They offer Italian soda’s in a can, the limonata is my preference for that.. and they have tiramisu as well the seating is comfortable. They have a few alcoholic beverages also beer, high noon, sun cruisers..The pizza slices are currently $4.25/slice a pie (8slices) is around $26 depending on what you pick.. Overall they win my vote for when I want pizza..“

I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants quality at a fair price. For a small sit down/carry out restaurant, I thought the place was super clean and new looking with white quartz counters and white wall tiles. Looks very new inside.“

3 stars only! Waited 30 minutes for Boba& Donuts that was already on the display. I dont like giving negative reviews, maybe that day was different, the workers are not paying attention. I ordered boba and it came quick but wasnt called by the workers, it was just sitting on the counter and there were sign writting on the counter to wait to be called before grabbing the foods/drinks. So thats what I did! I thought they were still making the donuts. The workers maybe having a bad day or maybe they were tired IDK. 30 minutes later I followed up for my order and was told to wait for a Little more. Jesus! I was about to leave but then my husband said we paid for it, so I reminded the workers again, just to find out they dont know the rest of my order, and was only about to get those donuts that was already on the shelves display. I was so disappointed. But to be fair, the workers were still polite and so do I. I just feel like there is no sense of urgencies and some orders take after mine were completed before me. And my orders were not even complicated.

I would rate this place a 5 star if it werent from the poor customer service.

“GLBC and Shannon were amazing and helped bring our wedding celebration to life. The entire process was easy - booking and talking to Shannon and seeing what we needed. Out of all the places we looked at and spoke to, GLBC was the most accommodating, the most responsive, and had the most custom made options. They made sure that everyone had food to eat, given that we had multiple people with different preferences/allergies (gluten-free, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians). They helped us style the room to the vibes that we were going for, gave us extra space, and also helped set-up our flower centerpieces. The food was delicious and our guests continued to talk about all of things they tried that they loved. FYI - meatball with marinara, sausage platter, and buffalo cauliflower were the top 3 apps everyone went back for multiple times.
