“White Castle good is great anyways. The breakfast!!!! OMG!!!! Was here to pickup a load. The wonderful team in shipping and receiving made sure trailer temp was okay and confirmation for pick-up was on point. Cool laid back spot to get loaded at. Without mine coming back ANYTIME!!!!!! Not long in load time either. Clean and organized warehouse“

“Food was good. Ordered the fish and shrimp and added a chicken plank. Shrimp wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull into a spot. They brought my food out and I left. Got home and found there to be no shrimp or hushpuppies. So, they had me park because the shrimp wasn’t ready, then brought me a bag of food with no shrimp. I went back to the restaurant and they remade my meal correctly. It tasted like it was supposed to, it was just upsetting that I had to trek all the way back there.“

“We actually stopped by this McDonald's location 2 times yesterday and I was Very impressed, Especially with a young man named Shannon that was wearing a reflective vest and proficiently operating the register, while simultaneously delivering orders to waiting customers outside, but he was also helping filling orders,I'd chance to say that young man is going to go somewhere in life and I'd say he's got promotions coming in the near future, Also the restroom and the over all restaurant and even the parking lots were exceptionally clean !!!!! Kudos to the cleaning staff,I can only imagine the hard work you all put in on a daily basis to maintain the clean environment of the McDonald's located in Vandalia Ohio on National road“

“the new manager, has really improved here in Vandalia, he listens to the cust and makes it happen everyone wanted the pizza buffet back, and it's back, ate there today w family, it was great. will dine there more often now. great value also for lunch buffet waitress was fantastic“

“Ordered multiple party platters from this location. They were extremely accommodating as we wanted to deviate off the established menu offering. They were so nice - allowed us to change out meat selections and breads without any fuss at all. Picked them up an hour before the event, and sandwiches and toppings were all fresh and delicious. I would recommend this location to anyone. Great job!“
