“This place was very good overall. The server was very kind, but he seemed to not want to work very quickly. We had to wait quite a while every time that we needed something. I will be back, as I want to try more of their menu, a lot of what I saw on neighboring takes looked good too. Perhaps the servers will be more efficient next time.“

“Cozy wine bar with nice upscale decor inside. Employees are super pleasant. The wine we tried was pretty good. The flatbread was delicious but very small. Be warned the large cheese plate is very very small for what it costs. Also the hummus plate has a very small serving of hummus. Artichoke dip was super tasty. They also have live music!“

“My wife and I have been to a lot of steak places, but Lanning's Steakhouse has become one of our go-to spots lately. Here’s why we think it’s special:First off, the steaks here are always spot on. They’ve got this sauce that goes with the filet, and honestly, it’s just the right touch. We used to live on the east coast where oysters were a big deal, and we’re picky about them. The Blue Point oysters at Lanning's? Top-notch. They’re one of the few places we trust to get oysters fresh.They do a Caesar salad that’s a bit different from what you might expect, but in a good way. And those homemade croutons they throw in are amazing. I get the salad just to have those. Everything we’ve tried here has been great, no exceptions.What makes a big difference for us, though, is the service. The people here know how to take care of you. They get what fine dining is supposed to be like. Plus, they’ve recently remodeled the bar lounge area, and we really enjoy dining on that side of the fence now. It feels just right.The owners are around a lot, too. They make it a point to say hi, thank you, and make you feel like you’re more than just another customer. “Ladies day out, and Cafe Arnone was fabulous! The owner super friendly, knowledgeable and patient as this was our first time. We did the gelato flight, totally worth it! You can tell it’s made with love! I had the spicy Sicilian (wow) the Tuscan chicken, pizza and gluten free egg sandwich, made up our table, with coffees, latte, teas were VERY happy and satisfied. “We visited a few weeks ago. Right away the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was super friendly even though they were swamped. Our food was Amazing! The pizza was the best we’ve had in a long time. The spaghetti was so good. Their bread was the first Italian restaurant we went to in Akron Medina area that the bread had Flavor!!! Even busy we were not rushed. Overall a great and relaxing place.“

“This place is a lost gem. /Real wood fired Steaks. The Flavor is unmatched. And oh so tender. The seafood mushrooms were large caps; the seasoning was a little heavy, but they were still delish! My white chocolate raspberry tini was on point. I can't wait to go back.“
