“This store is a shining example of great customer experience. It doesn't matter how busy they are what time of day you go you will be met with fresh food friendly staff and fast service. There isn't a single store from lima to sidney that compares in my opinion. In a world where the service industry has almost turned on the consumer this store shines. Each and every one of the employees inside this building should know this and I hope they are treated in a manner that is deserving of their high quality of work and service they provide. Hold your heads up high guys your it!“

“Rolled into the drive through knowing my Gluten free needs did not lineup with the menu. Burger King does not offer a lettuce wrap, but the staff created one just for me, simply because I asked for a burger without a bun. Service has not vacated America.“

“As a parent with a with child special needs I came in after st joes fest and was so pleased to see him working,we came in to grab dinner and a young man was our cashier the ticket said Trevor but not sure if that was his name or not. He did so well and the man with dark hair working with him that packaged our food and put on tray was SO patient with him and helped him so much. There’s not many people out there as patient as that guy was. And they was busy and still remain calm and answered to him and helped him. I’m glad to see people treat those who aren’t the same as them equally and part of the team. So who ever you was thank you for being patient and kind with him. Not everyone is like you! Only thing I can say “negative” is the tables weren’t wiped down but it was busy for them and they still did an awesome job with the flow and customers.

Parking: It’s just a pain to get out of parking lot leaving but parking was easy it’s just exiting bc location at a light“

“Never been disappointed here. Great menu for vegetarians. The Impossible Whopper is amazing. The staff is always friendly. No one ever looks like they don’t care or hate their life, which is refreshing when you yourself have had a long day. We love this place and eat there often.“

“Absolutely the best blizzard I have ever had. And I've had a Reese Cup blizzard from many locations! I've gone through the drive thru every time. There is a huge pot hole in the parking lot to get to the drive thru that needs fixed ASAP.“

“Manager was to busy talking about herself and showing her employees how "attractive" she was back in the day. Maybe 2-3 other customers eating inside. Drive thru barley had 3 cars in a two lane drive thru when I went in to order my food from the kiosk. Took about another 10 mins to be acknowledged and 6-8 more minutes to receive my order.“
