If you walk in and order they treat ya nasty. And the wait is unreal. Go through the drive-thru and the wait is unreal. I usually have to wait 3 minutes for my order to be taken and 30 minutes to even get to the order machine. The lady with red tattoos on arms is always rude and cussing. She needs written up.
Food 9/10 is gross I could go back there and make a better sandwich myself, and there so damn lazy and rude. Even the mangers where being rude over all the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too

I have got to say this is the slowest McDonald' I know. There was one in Solon 10 or 15 years ago. That was super slow, but this is the slowest one I've been to in many, many years, although the people are fairly nice. No problems there, but just slow, incredibly slow. Every now and then you get a very young teenager who doesn't know how to greet the customers. They won't even look at you necessarily and not say a word, but that's not too often lately
