“The restaurant has a vintage ambience , little bit of old world charm. I had a struggle to find Vegan & Vegetarian options at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast. On the day of my departure, I came across M lounge, Cleveland Marriott East, and I met Mrs Gwen, she was very kind to listen and quickly conjur a toasted vegetarian sandwich for me and I was very pleased by this gesture. It is disheartening that in this age, Vegan and Vegetarian still find it challenging to find a descent meal while traveling in the US.

“I haven’t been to Fredrick’s in a long time, but I am planning to come back soon. The food is always delicious and the staff have always been nice. The only reason I couldn’t give a 5 for atmosphere is although I love live music, it has often been too loud for the small space. Other than that, I’d go anytime. The Lord Jesus bless! “My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

We had the rolls with the honey butter and I had the mushroom pizza, my friend had another pizza and we both loved our food. The staff was awesome too. “Gorgeous redesign, loved the menu, great service. Loved everything we ate... caesar salad, curry chicken and the crab & caviar. I don't usually love creme brûlée but the Bourbon creme brûlée was the best I've ever had! Chocolate pot was delightful, too. The attention to detail, care for fine ingredients, and presentation is very evident. Drinks - had the Smoked Rosewood and Pineapple Smash, will come back just for those drinks... or desserts. Great service as we remembered from Umami. Welcome back, great job!“

“Back for Brunch! Jackie always takes great care of us and all the servers and staff make it a point to greet us as well. If you go to Sunday Brunch as often as we do, you get to know everyone a little bit. Food is usually great, with just a bit of a consistency problem sometimes. It would be great to see some new items or a special item of the month for a change. When seated by the windows, the view of the track is OK, but the 4 or 5 porta-potties are right there for you to see. Perhaps a nice 3 sided wall or enclosure would improve the sightline. Just a thought!“

I asked my husband is that a sax I hear. He said yes. The band was good. My husband said "this is going to be my new go to place". Nice crowd.“

“This is a throwback to the days when all department stores had restaurants, tea rooms, bars, etc. The Walnut Room in Macy's (formerly Marshall Field) State Street store in Chicago is still the quintessential department store restaurant. I am so happy that Nordstrom continues this tradition throughout the US. I love the Nordstrom Grille restaurant at the Beachwood Place Nordstrom in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. I go there a lot. Plus they sometimes offer special holiday-themed breakfasts for kids/families (i.e., Spring, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.).

Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian and loves the food at the Nordstrom Grille. She always finds something she likes.“
