“Clean...well ran...food fresh and special offers were actually delicious....UNLIKE TOLEDO MCDONALD'S WHICH SUCK...ARE DIRTY...HAVE HORRIBLE SERVERS WHI DO NOT CARE...this McDonald's was like I remember as a child...5 star service and quality nice job! You put TOLEDO TO SHAME!!!

“Pizza was good and ready right on time. I ordered online and was disappointed that I was not contacted regarding the fact they were out of mushrooms for our combo pizza. I would have liked to have the opportunity to pick a substitute topping. I didn't know about this until they gave me the pizza. I asked if we might be able to get a discount on it, as I had already purchased an additional topping. They did tell us we would get one free next time as a compensation. This was a more than satisfactory resolution.“

Well great food ofcourse love the menu and variety. This night 5-22-25 my wife and I ordered I picked up checked bag got home unloaded the bag and my wife realized her one item she wanted to try out was missing and her taco that was suppose to be Supreme wasn't. The 5 stars is for the manager CASEY she made it all good and then some for the incomplete order. I see why she's a manager her hospitality and professionalism and kindness was 6 star! Girl I hope u see this you made my wife and I happy and thank you for your outstanding service in making our cheat day meal perfect ! I respect you and ur professionalism. I pray you have blessed day !“

“Made a quick stop before work and while waiting for my food Nathan took the time out of his day to ask how my day was and ask if I had any plans for the evening, said he had just got out of school and got to work. Just simple kind conversation while we waiting for the food!!! Such a kind young man, mom and dad are doing fantastic 😊 and chick fila should be lucky to have him greeting their customers 😊“

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. I went to school with the previous owner So Shaheen . What a great family. The new owners and the same family came in and carried the torch for the family. Same GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. That beef and lamb melts in your mouth. ?? Will always stop when we pass through. “Emma, the team lead that was helping work. The dining area was absolutely phenomenal. We had a few mishaps in our order and she took the time to figure out what was missing and also was able to do it in a timely matter. We really appreciate the service we were given and emma deserves a raise. She was absolutely phenomenal.“
