“Clean...well ran...food fresh and special offers were actually delicious....UNLIKE TOLEDO MCDONALD'S WHICH SUCK...ARE DIRTY...HAVE HORRIBLE SERVERS WHI DO NOT CARE...this McDonald's was like I remember as a child...5 star service and quality nice job! You put TOLEDO TO SHAME!!!

“Pizza was good and ready right on time. I ordered online and was disappointed that I was not contacted regarding the fact they were out of mushrooms for our combo pizza. I would have liked to have the opportunity to pick a substitute topping. I didn't know about this until they gave me the pizza. I asked if we might be able to get a discount on it, as I had already purchased an additional topping. They did tell us we would get one free next time as a compensation. This was a more than satisfactory resolution.“

“Even though it's a newer store and small, I have had nothing but great customer service. If they forget something on my order or made a mistake they instantly fix it and apologize. The General Manager is very friendly and helpful as are a few of the employees that I have noticed have been there since opening. Hands down a great FAST FOOD restaurant!!!!“

“Emma, the team lead that was helping work. The dining area was absolutely phenomenal. We had a few mishaps in our order and she took the time to figure out what was missing and also was able to do it in a timely matter. We really appreciate the service we were given and emma deserves a raise. She was absolutely phenomenal.“

“Well, that didn’t take long to go downhill!!! Service went from 5 stars when they opened to 1 star now. (Regular employee and Manager were rude) My family hates this place now and I was the last one to like it. Not now. I guess it’s back to 5 guys for us!!!“
