I normally enjoy eating at Hot Head Burritos, but my experience today was extremely concerning. My bowl was served with chicken that was clearly undercooked/raw. This is not just a small mistake — undercooked chicken is a serious food safety issue that can make people very sick.

Ordered online to pick up in Waverly, OH on my way home from work. The food was ready when I got there… I got it home and opened the bag to see the bowl was so full of spicy sauce that it leaked all over the bag. Not to mention, there was no lettuce, a drop of sour cream and just a pinch of cheese, and maybe 5 or 6 pieces of steak. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had at Hot Head. Never refill anything, always say wasn’t busy so didn’t make it, dirty, and do NOT care if you leave. Super place to eat! 🤬
