“I was traveling to Centerville to visit friends and had never been here before. I needed a birthday cake and looked up this bakery. She was so helpful and willing to work with me regarding pick up times, even helping to coordinate with my flight arrival time! The customer service was amazing. On top of that, the cake was so moist and delicious, it was a big hit and our friends who live here will be back to order more in the future! We had a buckeye cake and it was so so good. “Stopped by the one in Waynesville today. Quality breakfast sandwich. Wish they had condiments, I asked for mayonnaise and they said they had no condiments. Coffee was great. Cinnamon roll tasted more like a hopped up glazed donut with maple icing. Not my style.“

“This location is my most favorite of all of the locations in nearby cities.
The store is always clean and well organized and I would like to give a huge thank you to a staff member Patrick York. I often shop here and on this particular visit I was having a very bad day and needed assistance getting some items and he was absolutely helpful and he stopped working on his stocking to go completely across the store to assist me and then he offered to help me load my car but I didn't need him to. He was so polite and respectful and many other staff members would do great to follow his example!“

“Placed an order on Monday for 200 Cinnabons, Deann was so helpful and courteous on the phone. I picked them up this morning and the service was top notch! I don’t know the names of the girls who helped me, but they went above and beyond, had the order ready when I arrived (a half hour early) had plates, plastic ware and extra icing cups. And they helped load it in my car! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!“
