Went here with my boyfriend and asked for regular chicken nuggets and received spicy ones. We informed the man behind the counter of the mistake and not only one but two workers apologized and told us they’d get us new ones. I ordered a 6 piece originally and received a fresh one and the staff was unbelievably kind and polite. Service like what we had tonight is what makes people come back to places!
Drive through speakers weren’t working, literally couldn’t make out a word of what the employee was trying to say. It sounded like the mic was across the room and we were overhearing someone else’s conversation. Went inside instead, employee stared us down as we drove past as if it was our fault we couldn’t hear anything. Floor inside was sticky, sound while stepping type of sticky.
It should not be taking 40 minutes to get some nuggets and fries.

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its quick service and friendly staff. It is one of the best-run Wendy's locations, always well-staffed with polite and responsive employees. The restaurant can accommodate large groups, such as a Girl Scout troop, with ease. Menu items include the Biggy Bag with Chicken BLT and the spicy garlic parm nuggs, both available to-go. Customers have noted that the fries can be made fresh upon request, which enhances the experience. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness and overall good service, although there may be occasional mistakes in preparation, as one reviewer experienced when their order was missing bacon and tomato. While some locations may offer limited service, such as drive-thru only, this appears to be a temporary situation. Overall, Wendy's is a reliable option for a quick bite, with a solid atmosphere for fast food dining.
