“Great flavors. Was not a huge fan of the cookies and cream as it was just vanilla dipping dots with Oreo pieces sprinkled in. I guess that is what it should be. But wasn't a huge fan. Other than that, loved the Nepolotan and Brownie Batter Flavors!“

“I did a 5000 mile 100+ ice cream shop trip a few years ago and continuously tried ice cream shops everywhere I went. I rode over 80,000 miles on by motorcycle last year alone. Ice cream, custard and Gelato are my favorite foods. Graeter's is one of the best chain ice cream shops I have been fortunate enough to visit. The store in Hilliard, Ohio is outstanding and they look out for military. I have been here many times in the last month. Well done Graeter's!“

“Great custard but the care for the store seems to be lapsing. Walking in the back door, I was hit right away by a really bad smell (the trash can needing emptied?) When I bought a container of vanilla from the freezer, there was chocolate on the outside. Can't wipe the product down? Come on. Chocolate cone was awesome with huge scoop!“

“I am in love with this place. The coffee is delicious. I got a caramel latte with oat milk and the coffee is so clearly sourced well and doesn’t have a bitter taste to it. I also got the Dubai chocolate that they’re selling and that was pretty good also! Worker was amazing and the atmosphere and vibes were awesome. I would totally come here to study and hang out a lot more!“

“Definitely will be going back here again and again! The location is great being right next to hotels and gas stations in walking distance. The food is fantastic and there is plenty of CLEAN seating with a great atmosphere. Also, management even walks around to check on all the customers. Wow! A definite must stop!“

“The food is excellent but the staff needs some work. I stood at the counter for about 7-8 minutes with no one ever acknowledging I was there. They said it was because they were training someone.
Fair enough I suppose, but you need to be able to multi-task in those situations. Just left me feeling a little annoyed, but hey, the food was still great so I'll be back. I just hope I get faster service next time...“

“Just stopped for the first time. Staff was quick to greet us, take our order and we were out in just a few minutes. Everything was gone by the time we got home and could have went back for seconds. Delicious and guaranteed we will be back a ton! The Key Lime Pie was refreshing and light, and the chocolate was rich and delicious.“
