What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
I have about a 60/40 good bad relationship with this McDonalds. 60% of the time it’s fast and people are kind. Unfortunately 60% of the time they forget sometime or something is made wrong and tend to have attitude when you ask for it to get fixed. Today really irritated me. I ordered a few drinks, two happy meals, a 10 piece meal and cookies for my grandma. They told me to go to the pick up parking spot cause I kid you not, they legitimately had 7 people waiting for food...read full review
Place is so slow 🐌 I've driven off before collecting my food many a times. I hope this place gets its act together. Please plenty of staff work here.
