payed this morning at 9:23 didn't get my food until 9:55, and......it was cold and stale. this is by far the worst mc Donald's I've ever been to. every person in the drive thru is told to pull up to the left. There is only three spots!!! you can't keep telling people to pull up. I will not spend another dime at this mc Donald's I'm done!!
What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Worst McDonalds I think I've gone too. Too bad its local, and its like every visit something is messed up. Ya look at a screen and put it in a bag.. and it can't be done. Place needs new management and trained employee's. It's really sad for Jefferson. I got this filet o fish today. Really??
