“Grinders is my ultimate favorite baked sandwich shop!!! I've been eating here since college, and although some locations are not on my radar any longer, LINCOLN VILLAGE STILL MAKES THE AMAZING SANDWICHES I FEEL IN LOVE WITH "a few" YEARS AGO 😉 !!! In addition to the great food, the owners and staff are wonderful. I'll be a fan for life!“

“I use this location probably 6-8 times a year. Typically I order online and DiBellas has fine tuned that process to make it pretty intuitive. A little pricier than the competition but the portions are huge. I get 2-3 meals from one large sub. Staff is efficient and friendly.“

“Best Subway I’ve been to in years. Every other store in the city seems to be under a new wave of ownership which is aggressively skimpy, rude and unsanitary.
Felt like walking into a Time Machine lol. This is now my go to Subway.“

“I've been using their 9 inch buy one get one free coupon for years. Sadly, the coupon went down to 6 inches this last month. Two 6-inch subs, fries, and a drink is still a good deal for $16 though. The employees were very friendly, but the tables are weirdly sticky. It's like they need a good scrub down. Still easy recommend over A Matter of Steak in the same area.“
“I had an issue with my recent order from Jersey Mike’s where everything was made incorrectly, including the bread. It was definitely frustrating at first, especially when you’re expecting a good meal and it doesn’t turn out right.
But what really stood out was how they handled it afterward. The General Manager, Manny, personally reached out to me and made things right. He invited me back in, had my entire order remade correctly, and even threw in chips and drinks on the house.
When I went back, the staff who remade my food were awesome super understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. You could tell they wanted to make sure I left happy this time.
Because of how Manny and the team handled everything, they completely turned the experience around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what matters and they absolutely delivered.
They definitely earned a 5-star review from me.“

“Went in to pick up some lunch and was recommended the cheesesteak and it was so so good. Top tier subs. Only thing lacking is employee service, management was friendly and helpful but the employees don’t give good service and don’t look like they want to be there.“
“Huge shoutout to Subway for going above and beyond for our track and field team! They prepared over 25 subs for us — fresh, delicious, and perfectly packed for our athletes on the go. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s not easy handling a large order like that, but they absolutely nailed it. “I went to this Subway after the one on 665 would not take coupons. This store took my coupons. The lady working was very polite. She did a great job making 3 footlong subs for me. Everything was very clean and the food was fresh. My new Subway location.“

“We ordered takeout tonight online, my husband went to pick it up. Once he got there he said the line was out of the front door and they were packed. The woman at the register greeted him and checked to see how much longer and they were just finishing up. When we opened our food everything was correct, even with us changing up the sandwiches and potatoes. And it all tasted great!“

“The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.
We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“
