“I ordered a Big Mac with no bun and I can honestly say this was the best food I’ve got from a McDonald’s ! It was brought to me on a bed of lettuce and 2 beef patties very well presented . “Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

Some contractors sitting at the tables left a mess of mud under and around the table. I watched as Christopher took the time to quickly clean up around as soon as they left. “We had a couple of drinks with onion rings and a 12 inch cheese pizza. Bartender was excellent, I thought the onion rings were greasy but my hubby loved them. Pizza was good tasting. It’s a cool light type home town bar, my favorite kind. I will be back.“

“They had a line before and after me with fresh hot sandwiches and sides. I got a bag on 10 original sliders and a side of onion chips. No complaints for that location and would always recommend. Especially since our local had a kitchen fire and never reopened.“

“I love steak and shake, the food is always delicious. I do wish they had somebody that could help old people with the ordering kiosk. I had no trouble, but it bothered me to Watch some old people come in and walk out because they couldn’t figure out how to order on the screen. They had five steak and shake employees waiting behind the counter to cook food, but none of them would help the old people. It was fun to watch while we ate our amazing meal.“

“Yes they are back up to speed with a force. Return of the chicken parmigiana and the turkey hoagie. I had not been there for a while. We ordered both the above and a pizza for delivery. All came piping hot in 35 mins as promised. Great job guys.“

I came through the drive thru after 11, weather was bad but had a craving for a good Burger King burger 🍔 everything was good even the onion rings. The young woman at the register was polite and funny. We had to wait for a bit but every item on our order came out fresh! I will return soon.“
