“The burgers had fresh crisp toppings but there was gristle in the burger patties. The fries and slaw were terrible. The fries have a strong frozen potato taste and the slaw had such a strong vinegar flavor I was worried it was spoiled. However, the fish tail sandwich was big and tasty.
The friendly and helpful service, mini golf, and ice cream is where they shine.
The apple dumpling sundae was beautiful and delicious.
The mini golf course was the nicest one I have seen in years.
The bathrooms were well stocked and clean.
We would enjoy coming again for ice cream and golf but skip the regular food.”

“I couldn't believe the good reviews for this place! We live in the area and we're told by a gentleman how good it was. He must have lacked his special senses. This was the most amateur meal we have had. Very sad as you would hope this restaurant could be (in this venue) a top notch one that would give the area a nice option. I knew we were in trouble when the appetizer came (firecracker shrimp). They obviously had taken a box of frozen shrimp (the really cheap kind with more breading than shrimp) and doused it in sweet chili sauce served over slaw?? The whole meal was very obviously taken out of a box and slathered in subpar sauces. $64 for the most amateur presentation of food I've seen at a restaurant commanding these prices! The wait staff was friendly and did their job buy this place needs someone who knows how to cook. Also bad sign we were the only ones dining in the restaurant the entire meal. I should have asked for a rebate but just learned a lesson. I NEVER rate anything online buy felt compelled so someone doesn't waste their time and money at this place. Make the drive see the forest and eat beforehand or pack a picnic lunch!”

“While I have only had bakery items from Sarah’s, and haven’t had a chance to try their cafe (which I am hoping to try soon!), I can 100% say their baked goods are amazing! My personal favorite is when they bake seasonal cookies, including things like apple and pumpkin in the fall! Their homemade oatmeal cream pies are delish! And they have a pecan pie bar that is to die for!! Definitely look them up if you’re in Lucasville, Ohio!”

“Loaded nachos for the appetizer, is a win! The bbq chicken flatbread was a good choice as well! The hubby got the platter and ate on it for lunch the next day. You get plenty for a great price! And it tastes really good!! Kat (our waitress) was hit and miss. She brought drinks and to go boxes and was super nice but she never once cleared any dirty dish from our table.”

Loved the cafe atmosphere first and foremost, we had an excellent waitress that got our small changes and additions all correct. Wife's calzone was enormous, my fettuccine alfredo was literally perfect as i added things to it not on menu. we even took dinner to-go to her two roommates. \ngreat place, if i had one complaint it would be they should use glasses instead of plastic cups for dine in.”
