“Farmer’s Fridge is a surprisingly good choice, especially when none of the airport eateries serve vegan food. It has saved me on more than one occasion. The souped-up vending machine offers local, freshly-made food. The vegan options are not marked, so you have to read through the ingredients. “Imagine my surprise and delight when I looked for a restaurant, near my hotel in Columbus, Ohio this evening, and found SOW! SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious. We had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners who is interested in what I am doing with both the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition and Eating Protein Saves Lives. We then had an amazing dinner 🙂. Hopefully, we will find a way to collaborate.“
