“The Playa Bowls in New Albany is amazing! I order from there often for lunch during the work week or for breakfast on the weekend. I have tried many different bases and have not found one I didn’t like. When you order in store the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they will also give you a sample of the base if you are unsure. When you order through the app and get delivery they send texts throughout the process letting you know about the status of your order! I very much enjoy this brand, their staff, and the food!!!! Give them a try :)“

“What an amazing retreat! Starting my own weight loss journey and UAN is a major part of my success! Love the variety of drinks/shakes and bowls…I haven’t found one I don’t love! Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable on all products and are motivating too!
Vegetarian options: They have so many options to choose from!
Kid-friendliness: They have drinks with and without caffeine.

“First time trying Farmer's Fridge and it was a pretty good experience. I wanted something healthier than pizza or bar food, so I gave this a shot. The sandwiches were pretty good and I liked the overnight chia seeds with granola (not the chocolate version).“

“Imagine my surprise and delight when I looked for a restaurant, near my hotel in Columbus, Ohio this evening, and found SOW! SŌW Plated was founded by people who wanted to demonstrate that brain healthy and mood supportive food could also be delicious. We had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners who is interested in what I am doing with both the Academy for Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition and Eating Protein Saves Lives. We then had an amazing dinner 🙂. Hopefully, we will find a way to collaborate.“
