“So impressed with the freshness of my meal and the expediency with which it was prepared! The young woman at the front counter is so friendly and personable with every customer she encounters. Other locations could learn a lot from how things are done here. Employees are genuinely upbeat and invested. Seems like a great work environment. Well done, all of you!“

“Ok so this is McDonald's. Only 4 stars because the unhealthy meal... aside from that this has to be the best McDonald's within 25 min of my house in avonlake. When I go here it's normally later pm hours and the food is still fresh. Been there 4 or 5 times this year so far amd the service is always polite. The line is always steady moving. And this restaurant doesn't have the same post Corona issues most have such as cold food or missing the meat off a sandwich when you get home with it. I ask for light sauce on my Mac and it's (this far) the only McDonald's that can handle that after 5pm. Love it lady's and gentlemen that work there. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!“
