“Nicole the Assistant Manager needs to move up in this company. We called back after our order was not correct. We had went through the drive through on a very busy day. When I called back she addressed my call with grace and was very apologetic for our problem. She handled it as if she owned the restaurant and that I was one of her valued customers.“
“Kiesha was working the drive-thru today around 12pm. As I waiting in line all I herd from the intercom was a booming upbeat thank you after every order. When I finally made it to the window she had great smile and make a quick joke (I gave a $1 instead of a $20 lol) w me and told my nephew hello in the backseat. THANL YOU KIESHA
