“My husband and I have gone to the Starbucks just outside of market district and have had terrible experiences. We decided to try the Starbucks inside market district today and we are so glad we did! The baristas that were working were friendly, kind and efficient and made two of the best drinks we’ve had in long time! We didn’t get their names but they were two stellar ladies working on 8/3/25 around 12:15p. Thank you for the great service and experience!“

“Jessica G needs a raise!!! She went above and beyond today with great customer service. I recently had knee surgery but am not yet back to myself. She greeted me with a smile, put my cream and sweetener in my coffee and brought it all the way out to me at my table. Most people just do their job....Jessica knows what it means to take care of the customer!“
