“Just what downtown Willoughby needed! Such a cute and cozy pizza place/Italian restaurant serving up the classics done simply and done well. We ordered the Salad Bowl and it was a meal in itself. I really appreciated the lettuce- no iceberg here, just crisp mixed greens and lots of Italian cold cuts, cheese, egg and olives. Ordered a small pizza with sausage, onion and banana peppers and it was delicious. They use the crumbly sausage, which again, I totally appreciate. I can tell quality ingredients are used here and it makes such a difference. The staff were great! A really pleasant and welcoming group of young people. Nice job! We will be back soon!“

“I can’t give enough stars! What a great first time! Alex was our server and she was so cute, friendly and came with great suggestions. We also went during a Valentines wine tasting and Ed was our wine guy who was a joy. The atmosphere was small but inviting with the right amount of light. “We stopped by this restaurant based on high recommendation of having great food. It may have great food, but quality service is lacking. After being seated for nearly 20 minutes and not having a waiter stop by to even ask for our drinks, I decided to walk to the host. Our server had apparently forgotten about us. Prior to this, I saw and waved at the manager, who clearly saw me, but who, instead, ignored me. By dessert time, one of us ordered key lime pie and was incorrectly given cheesecake. This time, it took nearly 15 minutes to get the key lime pie. Although I have to say the food/dessert were delicious, we were very disappointed with the service. This place should have it, but it was not there.“

“I have gone to the Mentor, Ohio Olive Garden for over 20 years now, and have had nothing but wonderful service, good food, and good times.

Today, my usual server, Michelle, was amazing, per usual. She automatically brought out my husband and my usual drinks and remembered what we ordered, and we confirmed what we wanted, then she was back with our food within 15 minutes. Delicious and fresh out of the oven food.

“Let me start with the service. I was here to pick up an order I placed online of 3 pizzas. I'm giving 3 stars because I came in and stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged at least 3 minutes. The only other customer there was sitting down. Workers were present and actively working and made eye contact with me just didn't voice or offer a hand signal of like "we'll be right with you" or "just 1 sec" or something along those lines. That's it. Will it stop me from coming back? Not unless I see this as a pattern. Maybe it was a 1 off.
The pizzas were great. My personal favorite is the pepperoni and sausage. My guests loved the veggie pizza. No complaints whatsoever on food. I usually eat only pepperoni pizza but at this place, it's something about the pepperoni/sausage pizza that makes my stomach smile.“
