“Let me start by saying yes they are under construction. Not just one spot in the lodge it's the entire lodge everywhere you look. They are very short staffed but our housekeeper Cheyenne was fabulous. Our room was clean and well stocked. However they have no night shift cleaners or maintenance I'm assuming. The hallways were dirty and the pool area was littered. Also it's March 9th and all the Christmas decoration is out. Unfortunately we had people running the halls until 3am. We checked out at 7am extremely tired and disappointed. The guy at the front desk never asked how our stay was or anything so I never bothered telling him. On a positive note the manager at the restaurant was amazing. I tipped her and our housekeeper well because its clear they care about their jobs. No power in the pool area no hot tub“

“Our sunshine, server Sydney, was transferred here, and at least 5 of us have followed her. A little bit of a drive but we are always seated immediately. Naturally everything on the menu, and the coffee is just as good here, it's the PEOPLE that make all the difference! The manager (Tony) and other servers (especially Kenzie) are all pleasant and professional.“
