You can taste the difference in every bite -- from the perfect dough crust to the rich, flavorful sauce and the freshest toppings I've ever had. They clearly use only the best ingredients, and it shows. What really sets them apart is the passion of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do -- every interaction feels warm, genuine, and full of pride for their craft. They even gave the children a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a fun and unique experience! The children loved being able to make their own pizza. Learning about their sourcing made me appreciate their pizza even more. This isn't just a meal -- it's an experience. If you love pizza, you need to come here. I'm already planning my next visit!“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

“The food was amazing. My mom is staying in the hospital and l went to visit and wanted to grab her a bite to eat. I tried this place and let me say his food was the real deal. No frozen food. Fish dinner, wings/fries and turkey polish boy with fries/ coleslaw amazing and was so good. I give you your flowers l stay in Cuyahoga Falls l definitely will make a trip and be back and spread the word. Your food is superb. Hidden Treasure and the nurses were even asking where we got our food.“

“I go to Popeyes with my family. I order eight piece family meal. The chicken was very crispy. Very good. The Manager is very nice. He even gave my son a free apple pie. This is a very kid friendly place. I recommend for everybody to come here and eat great food service fee service is the best.“

“I was unaware that there was a cutoff for online orders. I placed the order before 10:30 pm. When I got there I was told they have a cutoff around 10:25 pm. Anything after that defaults to the next day @ 11:00 am. They could not see the order to cancel it or refund. I had to go back the next day. Thankfully I was able to go back. The order was waiting when I got there.“
