Cheesesteaks near Willowick, OH

“We love the food. We have been there maybe a dozen since they opened, we are going mad with the changing hours though! The food is so good that when they stopped accepting online orders at 7:03 PM yesterday, I called to make sure they were open. They have an AI answering service that says they are open until 10. Google said 9 (although I suggested the edit to it) so I figured I'd drive over and see if they were actually open. They were. I got inside and stood in line. I heard someone complain about their lack of online order, they explained they turn off ordering at 7 because they close at 8.
Meanwhile there at 5 people/groups in line. Turns out the line was because an older lady didn't feel comfortable using the touch screen to order, she wanted to tell a person her order, the employees just kept directing her to the screen, not sure if it a language thing or how busy they were but they would not help her so the man behind her helped her order and line finally started moving. I was in the back and piecing this all together. While I was waiting for my food, I saw many people coming in confused why they were closing at 8 when google said 9 and their phone system said 10. I think they could save themselves a lot of frustrated customers if they had accurate information online.“

“I called to place my order and when I gave my phone number the gentleman on the other end said that my name appeared as my fav person. I immediately started to blush cause I know who was responsible for that. I often come to the restaurant to get my favorite sandwich and to see the worker with the Elton John glasses on, she has an amazing personality and always get my order correct. I found out that Heaven needed another Angel. I started to cry instantly. There are some people that cross your path with such good spirits that it's hard to forget them. She will be missed. I can't remember her name but I remember her smile and kindness.“

“Heard nothing but great things about this place so I stopped by because I was fairly close by and I had a craving for a cheesesteak. Unfortunately after driving around the block 3 times, I couldn’t find a place to park. So I wasn’t able to give them a try…I’m a westsider and I’m not normally in the area, so not sure when I’ll be back.“

“Food may have little room to improve. Compared to other Penn Station places, it needs little improvement. Comparing other sub joints, this place has better options to offer. Liked the service of the staff. Friendly, quick to serve, welcoming, and following individual requests without mistakes. Though we had carryout order but while waiting there we felt that the atmosphere was also good to sit there and enjoy the meal...“
