The kitchen ran as a symphony, with such professionalism, speed and precision. And the flavors!!!!! Chef Sara is exemplar, and personable, even taking the time to chat with us. Our server Jolee is also worth asking for, as her level of kindness and service is beyond words. And another wonderful element, which is often overlooked, is that our water glasses were immediately refilled. We travel the world, and this has been one of our all-time best dining experiences. “The staff at the Myrtle Beach location are the best!! They are always super friendly and inviting. The iced lattes are the best from any coffee shop I’ve ever had. All of the food looks amazing! I’ve only had the biscuits because I’ve been short on time when I stop in there and it’s kind of far from my house but they are delicious and whatever the jam or preservers it comes with is my new favorite. I wish I lived closer to it because it’s a great spot for breakfast or lunch.”

“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.”

It’s small, clean, laid back with a decent menu of mostly fried fare That is the only negative, the whole place smells like a fryolator, you will need to wash your entire outfit, down to your skivies. It’s worth it though!”

The subs were fresh and delivered promptly at the agreed upon time. They were so much better than their competitor in every way. A special shout out to Luke who took great care of us. “Four of us went here for carryout as we needed the last minute meal. We all got different things and most of it was good. I got the wor su gai which was nothing like I've ever had anywhere. I order this dish a lot at various Chinese restaurants, but this one had like a breaded chicken and the sauce was not the yellow or brown gravy it tasted like a teriyaki sauce and it looked like teriyaki sauce. It was good but in no way tasted like wor su gai. I thought the egg rolls were good as well. The lady was very nice at the restaurant and thanked us numerous times for the business. And she threw in a egg drop soup and everybody's to go order and wrote free on the lid. I don't eat that soup. so it just want to waste on me, but it was very nice that she did that. I would maybe try it again, but get something different. They were a little slow, but not bad.”

Free refills on drinks and coffees is so nice . Decent Wi-Fi and a overall relaxed quiet environment . I love all their locations and have been going frequently since 2007 .”

“A new favorite of a local place that knows how to do things right! I am quite the connoisseur of chili dogs and this is one of the beat places I have ever had! They start off with all beef hotdogs and grill them to perfection on their grill which gives you that nice crunch when you bite into its awesome deliciousness. I had two dogs today. The first was the Hillbilly Dog topped with coleslaw and coney sauce. I added jalapeños for my personal taste. Next was the Junkyard Dog topped with coney sauce, cheesy onions (cooked on the grill), bacon, jalapeños, cole slaw, garlic aioli, and spicy brown mustard. If you are not a fan of all-beef hotdogs, they have options of Stadium Dogs (all pork), a vegan dog, and even an wagyu beef hotdogs. (Some may be a small extra fee) I did not order their famous hubcaps but will next time! One thing that I saw on the menu was Burnt Ends French Fries. French fries topped with burnt ends, bbq sauce, Cheddar cheese and scallions. Can you say heaven on fries? Still hungry? Try one of their milkshakes or floats. Friendly workers interact with customers to make sure that everything is to perfection! That personal touch is rare these days and absolutely priceless! This place proves that old saying that the drive is worth the difference! If you are reading this review and don't eat here immediately, you are missing out and will wish you had filled yourself with this awesomeness instead of whatever disappointing meal or mediocrity that you settled for!”

“The experience here blew me away. The chef/owner creates a new tasting menu everyday based on local, fresh ingredients. The pasta is home-made daily. Other ingredients are imported from Italy. The lamb ragu with pappardelle reminded me of Tuscany. The wine pairings were thoughtful and well done. Seating is very limited. Recommend booking in advance.”

“Jan did a cake for my mom's birthday a few years ago and my mom said it was the best cake she ever had. So, when my parents' 60th wedding celebration came up earlier this year, we went back to Jan! We chose her most popular flavor, the raspberry creme, and it was delicious. But, the look of the cake was so special. Sixty years ago, my mother had a small wedding and wore an embroidered suit/vest. Jan based the design of the cake on it and it was so special to my parents and a real work of art. Jan was easy to work with and had great ideas. She suggested a small two-tier cake, so my parents could take the smaller tier with them on a short trip and share their special cake with friends. Jan also made sure we had what we needed to pack everything up after the event. Thank you again, Jan!”

“Really enjoyed our Saturday night dinner celebration for 9 of us celebrating my grandson’s UC graduation. From the appetizers to the desserts, the food was outstanding! The short ribs special was very good and we all agreed that the bay scallops and shrimp risotto is an outstanding dish! The entire staff is very friendly and for a busy Saturday night, we enjoyed excellent service! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant in downtown. “I finally got to try this place for the first time since my son’s ABA clinic gave us a coupon for a free 5 inch. It is the best sub I have ever tasted better than Subway. Better than Jimmy John’s better than them all. Plus, let’s add on the fact I called and asked if they would bring my subs out curbside because I didn’t want to get my newborn out of the car and they were so generous enough to bring my order out to my car. Definitely five stars definitely will be going back”
