“Really great smoothies and food! A little overpriced, but they are not alone in that inflationary trap. The smoothies are 24 oz., so that does help on the cost, but it's still $7-8 for a smoothie. Appears to be a franchise that is family-owned and operated. Easy in and out, with plenty of parking. Order was made and received quickly. Friendly employees; some sketchy customers. I'm sure they are crazy busy in summer. I got the Mango Monster-it was excellent!“

“I am astonished by this establishment. First of all, I can easily say that tropical has the best smoothies in the country. The flavor was blasting in my mouth. Secondly, the service was amazing. I came in with 10 of my teammates and we all got our food within 5 minutes. The workers were all very welcoming of us and interactive. Very friendly. “I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! “First time coming here. We ordered a strawberry milky Boba, a Nutella smoochie...a banoffee crepe and 2 scoops of red velvet ice cream. They were all very very good. What is even better is thr customer service. I haven't seen such nice, pleasant, customer service in so long. These people clearly appreciate their business and want it around for a very long time. “I have type 1 diabetes, and my blood sugar dropped to 53 while I was out and about with my daughter today. I stopped in & ordered a Vietnamese Coffee with extra sugar. I was really having a hard time because my blood sugar was so low, but trying to keep it together. I did let the person know I was having this issue. He made my coffee so quickly, and even brought it outside to me where I was waiting with my daughter. Thank you so much for your help today. I can’t explain how much that means to me. “Me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years now — we started coming here because the coffees tasted just like the ones back in WA state; rich coffee, teas, and treats at a good price. The first year we came here, it was great customer service, they never messed up our drinks, and overall just a friendly environment to be in. Recently however, the drive to this coffee shop hasn’t been worth it. Our drinks have gotten repeatedly messed up, haven’t had very friendly encounters, and just overall felt like we weren’t welcomed. Making the 10-15 commute here used to feel so worth it, but it now feels like a gamble if I’m even gunna get what we paid for.

Look, I understand. I’m a barista myself and have worked a plenty of customer service/drive thru shops, yet there’s just no reason for that. If you don’t understand a customers order, it’s okay to say “I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch that, what was it?” Or to repeat it back to them. Yes, people get frustrated, but it’s a whole lot better than giving something that’s completely not what they asked for and getting an angry customer.“

“Stopped in this evening 30 minutes before close. Both of the employees were so nice and so wonderful, it was such a nice experience which makes me want to return. They deserve a raise! Chips are kept in a warmer and were fresh, even late, food tasted amazing and I loved all of the unconventional options! I had to take off a star because of the pricing and lack of kids meal options. Kids only have an option of a cheese quesadilla or black bean and rice bowl (no protein), no tacos, and this is really unfortunate. If your child likes anything more than that, you'll be paying $12 for a regular size bowl or burrito that they will eat 1/3 of. I'd love to see different kids options and more reasonable pricing. We love the employees here though, they made our night!“
