Chipotle Mexican Grill in Youngstown

“I had a wonderful experience at the Chipotle on the Youngstown University campus! Even though we arrived a little early while the team was finishing up a training session, they welcomed us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel valued from the moment we walked in.

I was especially impressed by the positive culture that the manager, Josiah, has clearly instilled in his team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy serving customers. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, organized, and very welcoming.

I also appreciated being able to customize my bowl to fit my dietary goals with a delicious low-calorie option. It’s great to have healthy choices that don’t sacrifice flavor.

We’ll definitely be back and look forward to visiting again. Great job, Josiah and team!“

“I work 3rd shift, so I dont get my food for my lunch until after 9pm. 4 stars because they always sell out of steak by the time I come in at 9pm. I get it, but i have worked at too many places that offer full menu for the entire time they are open. Just a heads up to anyone else who may want steak past 9pm“
