“My wife and I come here multiple times a week. Staff are always so friendly and the drinks are always amazing. Huge rotating menu of monthly drinks (coffee/non-coffee) and delicious locally-made pastries. Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. They have a rewards program as well! Can’t recommend them enough!“

“I just want to take the time to thank and appreciate one of your employees that works here and the one located on Zane Street. Her name is Kayleena and she is the nicest, respectful, and most caring barista I have ever met! When I first started getting my cold brew, she would take a moment to talk to me and see how my day was going, ask me questions about my kiddos, ask me if we are excited for Christmas etc. She always stopped and talked to me. What she doesn’t know is, she always made my day. Usually I would be out taking a drive because my infant was extremely fussy and I was so stressed out and overwhelmed that it was my only moment of peace I’d get. I have 3 kids 6 and under. She was a breath of fresh air and a kind face during my worst days. I just think she should be noticed and appreciated. I’ve also seen her speak like this to all her other customers too. Thank you Kayleena for treating your customers with love, kindness, and respect every day. 🩷“

“McDonald's (4995 East Pike, Zanesville, OH) -I was having a bad day & came in to a busy lobby. I acted badly to the woman who was working the kiosk. I personally feel it takes much longer & I am not a fan. The holidays had me at my wits end & I snapped! I can’t apologize enough, especially to the woman at the kiosk. I have updated my review. Again-I am sorry. Please pass that on to the woman at the kiosk and the manager too!“
