Honestly my pizza did take forever, however, the entire time the employees endured belittlement and other rude customers, simply because they were clearly understaffed. They were nothing but nice and amazing to me for waiting as long as I did, and even offered free items to make it up for me. They were great.
Don’t expect quick food from here. You can’t even get a “hot and ready” in less than 20 minutes here
Unfortunately our store is falling apart it seems. I waited 45 minutes just to realize my pizza had not even started being prepared yet. There was ONE lady working, she seemed so overwhelmed. I felt so bad I just had her cancel my order.

The pizza and crazy bread was delicious though. They are very accommodating with food sanitary and serve-safe practices. Despite potential delays and sometimes being short staffed, customers find the value and taste of the food make it worth the wait.
