“After sending over 400& we arrived home with no chic fil a sauce or dip for the fruit tray.after calling customer service they made me feel like I was trying to steal stuff. Wow think I’ll get our Christmas meal somewhere else next year“

“The quality of the chicken is unmatched. However this location tends to get busy which is a reasonable because they've got great chicken but they don't handle the rush very well they need they need more experience handling Rush times.“

“Well I am elderly and I wanted good chicken I could have gone to KFC but I pick y'all because I wanted rice and beans went threw drive in window and placed my order I drove 30 miles round trip but got 2 sides of Mac and cheese and no rice and beans the main thing I wanted I spent $33.00 dollars for my family pack and the sides that I got would not have feed 3 people lots of chicken so I am really in happy with your chicken place and my main problems is it just seems like every time I go there they mess something up I do not recommend them anymore and I truly started being a customer of theirs back in the 70s in corpus Christi Texas my children and I would get chicken at least once a week I am done with bad service and the order never being right“
