“I come here enough they’ve started to recognize me lol, so I figured I could actually leave a review.
Everyone is very nice! Even when they’re clearly not in a great mood, they do their best to be nice. Wait times really aren’t bad even when they’re busy. The four stars is because the food sometimes has a weird taste to it, especially the nuggets. Can’t tell if it’s because of the fryer, or something else.
It can get pretty loud in there since this place is so popular and there’s always families in there.“

“They have nice large size pieces of chicken thighs. Battered and cooked perfectly. It would have been crunchy if i had immediately eaten it, but we drove to Madill before eating, and it wasn't as crunchy. I had the mashed potatoes with gravy, which was good.

They overcharged me. The cashier notified their superior who advised she was still new and couldn't figure out how to give me a refund. After several minutes passed and the line was getting long, I told them to disregard the refund.

The employees were very apologetic about the problem. This is the main reason I only gave it 4 star 🌟 rating“

“Well I am elderly and I wanted good chicken I could have gone to KFC but I pick y'all because I wanted rice and beans went threw drive in window and placed my order I drove 30 miles round trip but got 2 sides of Mac and cheese and no rice and beans the main thing I wanted I spent $33.00 dollars for my family pack and the sides that I got would not have feed 3 people lots of chicken so I am really in happy with your chicken place and my main problems is it just seems like every time I go there they mess something up I do not recommend them anymore and I truly started being a customer of theirs back in the 70s in corpus Christi Texas my children and I would get chicken at least once a week I am done with bad service and the order never being right“
