“Victoria I think her name was she was the black lady up at the front. I don’t usually write many reviews, but she deserves all the praise that she can get victoria was probably hands-down one of the Kindest people I have ever talked to her. Customer Service was through the roof and she made sure that I left happy. This woman deserves a raise I hope she gets to recognition she deserves“

“I would love that place if I always didn’t get bad experience when Gabrielle is working window, I had went through the drive-through and got my food like normal ordered my frappe with no whipped cream, and when she handed me my order, I had whipped cream on my frappe, so I asked her to take it off, and then I looked in my bag of food and realized my food was wrong so I had then told her the problem and asked if it could be fixed, which then she proceeds to roll her eyes at me and try to make an excuse on why the order was wrong and was just disrespectful. I will be talking to the gm bc it’s not just a bad night, it’s every time she works the window…“
