“We dined in last night and our experience could not have been finer! We had a bit of a mishap at our table that ruined a third of our order. Manager came right out replaced our entire table order. No questions asked. I’m getting old and Service like this is so rare nowadays! The young man who waited our table was very polite and smiling and that too is so nice to see! I definitely give them five stars and I will be back“

“I loved the Burnt Ends and Mac and Cheese plate from the bar menu. It was a very big space, not very cozy but kind of loud. You’re not sure what to do when you walk in, be seated, wait to be seated? Turns out there is an area in the back to walk up and place your order and there was nobody to direct us. So felt lost at first. The gentleman that took our order was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different meats and how they are cooked. He let us sample the burnt ends and told us how they smoke them. They are amazing! So much flavor!!! We wanted a beer and to my disappointment, no Bud or Bud Light!?!? I ordered a PBR Lite, never had one, it was a draw, which I love, but I found out that I do might like PBR LOL! It was not very cold so that helped not liking it. The price was outrageous! 2 beers, 1 dinner and 1 bar menu, smaller portion dinner…a whopping, $55, not including Tip! It was good, the portions were good, but still not worth 60 bucks. All in all, I loved the food, not the price so much🤷🏼‍♀️“

“Outstanding customer service!!! Tomorrow is a holiday and most places will be closed. I placed an order online for pick up to insure the holiday goes as planned. I sent someone to pick up said order and they had no record of my placing an order. They called other stores and tried to look up by my phone number but nothing. I spoke with Aronda at the Broken Arrow location and she was beyond wonderful! She had the food made up and told us to take it and if we didn't see a charge for it on our account to come back in next week and we could settle up. No attitude, no dismissal, just true customer service. We still don't know why the transmission didn't go through weather, third party, or a glitch in the system but the problem was remedied promptly. Go see them! You won't be disappointed!“

“Brought my MIL for her 81st birthday last night. Everything was fantastic. The food was great, chicken was really moist. Didn't care for the queso (they aren't a mex place, kiddo wanted it) but it was a Velveta cheese for sure. Again we weren't at a Mexican rest. so this did not bother us. Our server Star was really great and even joined with us to sing Happy B-day. Great job Star and Rib Crib.“

They truly respect my choices.The food is always delicious and consistently prepared. The service is always timely.“

“We love to visit our Tulsa Hills Albert G’s pretty often, and we always have great service. Tonight when we were walking out my 3 year old spilled her iced tea all over the foyer by the hostess stand. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed that she spilled it right in the middle of where everyone was walking. There was a guy working named Carlos that came rushing over, and immediately asked what she had to drink. I figured he was probably annoyed and trying to find the best way to clean it up, but he was actually running back to the kitchen to get her a fresh one right away. He was so nice and got down to her level to offer it to her and make sure she was happy. The girls at the hostess stand were SO nice about it and cracking jokes too. And listen, I’m sure staff are supposed to remain professional, even if they’re annoyed, but when I tell you the staff literally acted like she was a royal princess and they were happy to clean up after her, I mean it. Def made my night that they didn’t get frustrated and embarrass us more. Thanks Carlos & everyone else!“

“Went to tulsa hills in sat nite!! Very very busy but of course Valentine’s weekend!! We sat at the bar while waiting!! I am diabetic and could feel my blood sugar dropping! It was very concerning! I asked this little guy named Brandon to get me some rolls . He brought me 4 and butter! He was so nice and helpful!! He should get a raise! He saved me I was about to pass out!! What a good guy!!!“

“I’ve visited this Longhorn location a few times, and overall, I’ve had a great experience each visit. As long as I get the right waitress, the service is usually excellent. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. There was only one time where the service wasn’t quite up to par, but every other time, it’s been wonderful. I usually order the filet mignon, and it’s always cooked perfectly to my liking—tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

There was one occasion when I decided to try the lamb chops, but I found that they weren’t to my taste. However, the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately offered to replace the dish with something else, and I went back to my usual filet mignon. The replacement steak was, once again, cooked to perfection, and they made sure to correct any mistakes without hesitation.

I really appreciate their customer service and how quickly they address any issues that may arise. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back. All in all, Longhorn continues to be one of my go-to spots for a great steak dinner, and I’m sure I’ll be returning soon.“
