I was told it would be spaced out so I wouldn't be rushed and not didn't happen. They end up making my food and some of it was a bit cold. Had to have it fired. I asked for well done salmon and it was still a little bit mushy in the middle also went for a birthday and my card get ran for the dessert. They told me they docked they avoided it, but it's just a little bit inconsistent in the service but overall the food was amazing and I will be going back over and over and over ambience/food top-notch! They do add a kitchen service fee at 5% that they don't tell you about which is fine I guess but to me that should be part of the tip so I made it part of the tip.“

“For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“garlic knots were so hard they couldn't be chewed. could hardly cut with a knife. Cobb salad had way too much dressing and it was already mixed in. the chicken or what they called chicken on it was inedible. beware they charge you $2 for each little cup of sauce with the garlic knots and 2.95 for each pizza ingredient. way over priced and bad quality. we'll stick with hideaway from now on.“

“I wanted to share our experience at RC. We went for our 45th wedding anniversary, 8/22/26. We had the best 5 star experience in 45 years . Our server Michelle was awesome, & attentive. The food was the best.We both had the filet which was fantastic. My wife touched her plate & burned a few fingers, the manager Todd was helping the server with our food & saw she had touched the 500 degree plate & he checked on her 3 times throughout our dinner to make sure she was OK. I am so impressed with the service, the food, & the atmosphere I wanted to share it. Thank you RC for making our anniversary unforgettable.“
