With affordable prices, mouthwatering dishes, and incredibly friendly service, it's a gem. Just a heads up, though: they only accept cash, so keep that in mind before heading over.Parking: Parking in a small lot, beside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant; quiet kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entryway is accessible.“

“The La Parrilla food truck catered our wedding in the Lockyer Valley, and since then we have been bombarded with comments from our guests about how amazing and delicious the food was. We had lots of kids and various dietary requirements and everyone was more than happy. Highly recommend, and we're planning a trip out to Ipswich to eat at the restaurant!“

“We stopped here after a week of mediocre overpriced food at other places in Broken Bow and Hochatown. This is not Tex Mex if you are looking for canned yellow cheese and chili con carne please go elsewhere. The red and green sauce were fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature. The staff was kinda and accommodating to my crazy kids food orders. I’m so glad we stopped here on the way out. I’ll be back for the margaritas and the music without the kids for sure.“

“I have been coming to Broken Bow to work for the last 14 years or so, this restaurant was originally a Church and then a Mexican Restaurant and now another Mexican Restaurant. Here is my review as follows:•Food: Food was excellent. I asked for the Ribeye Fajitas and a Campechano Taco. My only concern was that I repeatedly asked that I want it the meat medium rare and the two or three times he would confirm back saying Medium well even though I made it clear medium rare. Either way it was good. I just wish I could have had it my way.Service: It was average. The waitress and waiter were attentive and informative. Again I was a bit disappointed that my waiter did not capture what I wanted. All personnel had a smile and were moving doing something. Food came out in time.Atmosphere: Boy I have a lot say about this. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful! I love the layout and the decor but the inside does not match the outside, To start with, the entrance needs a lot of help. I would strongly recommend to remove the chainlink, it looks bad. Remember that the outward appearance is an invitation and a way to welcome people. But if your curb appeal is bad, people will not feel welcome. Keep the grass mowed low, add some nice flowers beds, seriously, remove the ugly chainlink fence, it looks bad. Your glass door is broken. I really hope that you can appreciate my input, it will only benefit you in the long run.I love the pool tables and bar. The bathrooms were clean. The place felt spacious. The music, although I know this is a Mexican restaurant, what would help neutralize the atmosphere would be a more subtle Mexican music and not so hard core (not a problem with me since I am Mexican) but I can see how this may be annoying to others.Gracias“

“Drive from Texas to Oklahoma for "Tex-Mex"? Really? Well, that's not totally accurate, we were near here for other reasons, but this place would be well worth the drive. We ate here twice in four days, lunch both times, and the food was fantastic!Started with fresh chips and some very tasty salsa, added in some queso Blanco, and we were off to a great start. Between our two visits we had beef, chicken and cheese Enchiladas, chicken fajitas, flautas, and a chicken chimichanga; and of course beans and rice. ALL were hot, fresh and extremely flavorful.Cost being another important consideration, this place hits another home run. Most meals were $8.99 to $11.99, and serving sizes did not leave us hungry. Staff on both visits were very friendly and attentive. If you're anywhere close to Broken Bow, Oklahoma, you can't go wrong with Papa Poblano's!“
