“I've eaten here twice. The first time i had the chicken fried steak sandwich. It was excellent. The second time i had the American cheeseburger. It was very good. The fries were good too. The seating is in a courtyard and a great place to people watch. Order at the register and they give you a buzzer so you know when your order is ready. Might get a Philly next time.“

“Great place to eat. Very clean enviroment and they have awesome people who work there. After having a hard time finding some good food, I went there Saturday afternoon and got to sit outside. Deciding the menu was anything but easy however. If you take part in Byzantine lent, you would know it's hard to find places to eat and items on any menu since you basically become vegan till easter lol. The server i had was patient and kind enough to explain me the menu and what options i could get to compensate that, despite how busy it was. I came back later that night to hang out at the bar for some coffee. The bartender i had was rushing and taking a lot of orders and still managed to be courteous to everyone which impressed me. I used to be a busser and i know how stressful the job can get for servers, bartenders or food runners. They work hard and we need to appreciate them. “This is the best ihop I’ve ever been to! All of our food was so fresh and served hot. The veggie omelet had fresh mushrooms (not canned) and cherry tomatoes, the other veggies were great too! The sourdough bread was toasted perfectly, the butter was precisely balanced with salt, the avocado was the perfect ripeness. So so good. Service was also wonderful by Allie. “Visited today for the first time. The service was amazing. Baylee was very sweet.We had an "I'm lost and need directions" omelet, and a Fried Onion Burger. Both were delicious, and served in VERY generous portions. The burger came with fries that were a mix of waffle fries, sweet potato fries, and a couple different types of French fries...so awesome!The diner reminded us of 1960's Las Vegas. The decor was gorgeous.The prices for the portion size and quality of the food were an impressive value. We loved this place, and will definitely be back!“

“This is by far the best breakfast in town. Our waitress,Adelina, was very polite and attentive. When she brought our drinks to the table she asked if we were ready to order. We told her that it was our first time dining there. After we ordered our breakfast another employee bought a huge cinnamon roll to our table. I told him that we didn't order it. As he was walking away our waitress took it from him and placed it on our table. A welcome roll on the house.“

Now, onto the food!

I ordered the corned beef hash with sourdough toast and avocado on the side—and WOW, this dish delivered! The chopped potatoes were perfectly balanced with tender corned beef, and the toast was crispy on one side and warm and buttery on the other -- just right! Oh, and the hollandaise sauce? Amazing. Smooth, rich, and flavorful, with just the right little kick—it elevated every bite!

My wife went for the steak and eggs (poached, of course), and it was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and flavorful, and her poached eggs were exactly what you'd hope for—delicate whites with velvety yolks. She loved the hollandaise sauce just as much as I did, adding it to just about everything on her plate.

Our younger son was all about those Mickey Mouse pancakes with whipped cream, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and sausage links. The pancake was fluffy and golden, and the whipped cream made it a total kid-pleaser. He gave it two sticky thumbs up!

Meanwhile, our older son went straight for the chicken and waffles. The waffle was light and airy, the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, and together, they hit that perfect sweet-and-savory combo. He cleaned his plate in record time—always a good sign!

Our son's friend kept it classic with a chocolate chip waffle, scrambled eggs, and bacon. That waffle? Loaded with melty chocolate chips and just the right amount of sweetness. Add the crispy bacon and fluffy eggs, and you've got yourself a solid breakfast winner.

And did I mention the portions? Generous across the board!

All in all, EGGcellent & Things Cafe really lived up to its name. Cozy vibes, fantastic food, and stellar service. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we might just order extra hollandaise!

“Passing through Owasso, and stumbling upon this foodery was pleasantly surprised. I had my non-service dog with me, so decided to order to go with dog waiting in entrance area. Service was impressive with manager directly taking care of my situation. Food was exceptional -- I ordered fish tacos which was an easy to go lunch -- and very pleased. Only drawback was, sauce was made with canned tomatoes not fresh. Otherwise, I will return and happily try other dishes.“

“It has been years since I visited a Goldie's even though I live right down the street! I have obviously been taking it for granted, because they were awesome!! Food was on point and brought back pleasant memories from my youth (like in Ratatouille ?) - tasted just like I remembered. Prices were still fair and service was wonderful. Place could use a little updating for those who didn't grow up with Goldie's, but for those of us that did, it has been kept up well, like a time capsule, which has an appeal all it's own.
