Clark Crew BBQ absolutely lives up to its reputation. We ordered a little bit of everything, and there really wasn't a weak spot on the table.
The ribs were outstanding—thick, meaty, and perfectly smoked with a beautiful bark. They had just the right amount of tenderness without falling apart, letting the quality of the meat and smoke shine through. The brisket was equally impressive, with a great smoke ring, rich flavor, and moist slices that didn't even need sauce.
The burnt ends were phenomenal. Smoky, buttery, and packed with flavor, they were easily one of the highlights of the meal. The pulled pork was juicy and well-seasoned, while the chopped beef had plenty of smoky bark mixed throughout for great texture.
The surprise favorite was the smoked chicken. It's easy to overlook chicken at a BBQ joint, but this was incredibly juicy with crispy, flavorful skin—some of the best smoked chicken I've had.
The sides were just as solid. The mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the baked beans were rich with plenty of meat mixed in, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. The broccoli offered a nice balance to all the barbecue, and the cornbread was moist, buttery, and slightly sweet.
Clark Crew offers three house sauces—Original, Spicy, and Competition. They're all worth trying, but the Competition sauce was my favorite, adding just the right balance of sweetness without overpowering the meat. Honestly though, the barbecue stands on its own and doesn't really need sauce.
We couldn't leave without dessert. The banana pudding was creamy, light, and finished with caramel and a vanilla wafer for the perfect Southern touch. The cookies and cream cake was massive, rich, and easily big enough to share.
The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and comfortable with friendly, efficient service. Portions are generous, making it easy to sample a variety of meats and sides.
If you're looking for top-tier barbecue in Tulsa, Clark Crew deserves to be at the top of your list. Between the championship-quality meats, excellent sides, and fantastic desserts, it's an easy 5 out of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu.“

“We decided to have our sons going away party at Mission BBQ. We chose Mission BBQ in OKC because he’s leaving for basic training for the Army and it felt like the right place. We reached out to the OKC location and Karen took our call. She set everything up and made sure we were taken care of. We are so grateful to have her help us coordinate this lunch for us. “Ate here for dinner during a recent stay at the hotel next door. Food was fantastic and the service was wonderful. Decided to come back for breakfast and was glad I did. Had the Southwest Benedict and 8t was one of the best breakfasts i have ever had.“

“I've only done online orders and love me some Billy Sims. I am disappointed in their chili, as it taste like canned chili with brisket thrown in. At least get some chili like Wendy's and throw some brisket in there. But their smoked meats have always been good, and green beans are delicious, and baked beans. Just the chili wasn't great at all imo.“

Got the Mother’s Day special!
But didn’t get the salad, bread, pickles, peppers, onions or bbq sauce. I asked she said everything was in the bag!

I tried calling but the lines busy. Spoke with Cheyenne and she was very sweet. Offered Us lunch. I’m very happy with her apology.

“Oklahoma Joe's BBQ was a great experience! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries and their specialty BBQ sauce, and everything was absolutely delicious. The pork was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the BBQ sauce paired perfectly with it. The sweet potato fries were also cooked just right.

One of my favorite parts of the visit was the live music. It created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere while we ate.

We also tried the brownie for dessert. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't quite what we expected. It had more of a cake-like texture than a rich, fudgy brownie. Overall, though, the food and atmosphere made this a place we'd definitely visit again.“

“Al is absolutely wonderful. We stopped in on our way south for vacation. Al the bartender, cook, entertainment and owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The regular patrons were very friendly as well. The outside is a little intimidating but very glad we stopped in.“

“Rib Crib Is one of our favorite restaurants. It's in a great location and the prices are decent also. The staff is great no matter who you get. I only gave five stars because the menu seems to change often. I always order the same thing and then a couple months later, it's off the menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant.“

“I was at the Owasso location with my 2 young daughters for dinner this evening. The food was good, and my girls definitely enjoyed it, but the service was absolutely outstanding. I wish I could remember our waitress’s name, she was so kind, hospitable and overall phenomenal. We had a fantastic dinner, my oldest daughter even wanted to thank her herself because she was so kind. Thank you for being so wonderful, it truly made our evening, we will surely be back! ☺️“

“This place needs more space especially when a party of 8+ wants to eat there. The food was good and I had the Parmesan Chicken Cheese Crust (I believe that's the name) and it was good, but needed a sauce to go with it. I'm thinking Alfredo sauce would make it perfect. Overall, it's good, but I wouldn't recommend it for a big party.“
