“We waited to be seated, then to be served COLD food. The.plate.was cold and so.was all the food cheese not even warm. Took food back to counter because waiter never came back. Then was brought food that was NOT what I ordered. Very disappointed that I wanted to have dinner in Collinsville this evening. Plenty of staff on the floor but not working if you can't get hot food.or waited on why have them all there. Very disappointed Very unlikely to recommend restaurant in the future. “Passing through Owasso, and stumbling upon this foodery was pleasantly surprised. I had my non-service dog with me, so decided to order to go with dog waiting in entrance area. Service was impressive with manager directly taking care of my situation. Food was exceptional -- I ordered fish tacos which was an easy to go lunch -- and very pleased. Only drawback was, sauce was made with canned tomatoes not fresh. Otherwise, I will return and happily try other dishes.“

“An unexpected turn of events led me to this barbecue spot that, somehow, had completely escaped my radar. A business partner suggested it—he’d had dinner there the night before. I trusted his judgment, especially since he’s from Austin, Texas. And you know what they say about Austin… well, they say a lot of things, but one thing’s for sure—they know their barbecue.

As I walked in, I realized it was waaay past lunchtime, which meant this meal was either going to be good—or way good. The place was quiet, just a few tables occupied, two waitresses on the floor, and the smell of smoked meat in the air. The décor had a casual, comfortable flow to it—nothing fancy, just the right vibe. We were handed a paper menu, a little worn and stained with barbecue fingerprints. I liked that. It was simple, no fluff—straight to the point. Just the way I like it.

I placed my order: sliced brisket, fries, corn… and a Coke.

While we waited, our group took care of some pressing work issues—important things like who’s going to dig the hole and who’s going to cover it. You know, high-level stuff. I slipped away to check the restroom. Clean, well-kept, thoughtfully designed—another good sign.

Back at the table, the conversation heated up. Apparently, no one was in the mood to dig a hole today. Heheh.

Then the food arrived.

My brisket looked just like the doctor ordered. I’ll say this—the slices were a bit thicker than what I’m used to, and slightly on the dry side, but still packed with flavor and had that smoky kick I crave. Yeehaw.

Now, here’s a more honest observation. For most of our visit, it was just us and one other solo diner. Meanwhile, two employees sat nearby folding silverware and chatting—loudly—about their grievances at work. I get it. I’m human too, and I know work dynamics can be rough. But there’s a time and a place, and this wasn’t it.

That said, the two waitresses working the floor were phenomenal—attentive, kind, and on point. The dining area was also impressively clean.

I’ll definitely be coming back, this time alone, and during lunch hours. I’ve already picked the day.

When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly empty—but by the time we left, it was buzzing with energy, creating a lively and social atmosphere.Our server, Bradley, was both professional and polite, providing excellent service throughout our meal. I couldn’t narrow down my choices, so I opted for the half‑rack of baby back ribs and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, served with fries and creamy white‑cheddar mac & cheese. My wife went with the classic chicken tenders paired with loaded smashed potatoes, fries, ranch, and two dipping sauces. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the portion sizes were just right. I also appreciated the clean men’s restroom.

“The food is made fresh and tastes amazing. The lady that works there is very helpful. She remembers our orders even though we don't get to eat there as often as we like.I've used them for our work dinners and the guys at work cleaned up everything.“

“This place was awesome. My husband and I ate here while waiting on our tires across the road. He had the generals special and I had chicken and broccoli with noodles. We also had the cheese wanton (so good!) and a spring roll and egg roll each. I got the small with a side of noodles and it was too much food. It was very fresh and so tasty. I’m super picky about Asian food and this wasn’t too spicy or too bland or too extra weird spices added. The people were very nice and it was made fresh to order but still fast. We enjoyed it a lot.“

We have had so many issues at other restaurants with zero accountability that we were so impressed by how such a minor thing was handled. Food was delish, drinks even better.
