“Tonight 9/5/2025 I pulled in thinking it was drive through order, but it was the pickup lane. We are from out of town and our McAllister's doesn't have a pick up lane so I didn't know. It was close to closing and I asked her if we could order she said sure if we knew what we wanted. I told her what we wanted and she said to pull around. They had our order ready in under 10 min! She was so very nice, her name isn't on the ticket but I wanted someone to know you have excellent staff working at night!!“

“I absolutely love this place! The staff are so incredibly sweet and dedicated. I come in here a lot and have gotten to know the manager as well… Michelle is not only kind, she manages this store very well. It’s always clean, her staff are knowledgeable and I’ve never had a a single negative experince. I come in and get Togo food every week or so and the staff not only know my order, but will start making it before I can get it out! Lol I had a really bad day a month or so ango and was crying and came in to get food and mad I’m checking out, one of the guys slipped a cookie into my bag, just the kindness this store shows is literally next level. I hope corporate sees this and knows what a great manager they have at this location and the sweetest staff! I highly recommend this place…!“

“This is a great sandwich place. They have hot and cold subs with various choices. The workers are friendly and they know the menu which helps when you want to try a different sub. The famous Philly is excellent. Also recommend the brownies. Lunchtime is usually quite busy but don't worry, they have a system that works that gets you through in a timely manner. We were quite surprised how well it went. Dinner isn't as busy. We only have one negative about this place.....please don't pull your ice tea so early! They have great ice tea. But if you go to dinner here at 7, the ice tea gets pulled by 7:30. Not good. How about asking the customers if they are drinking ice tea before it's pulled? Or waiting till 8 pm? Also, wish his place was bigger and had more seatings. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼“

Original-Sucks when you order 7 different things for a work event and have to rip everything open to pass it out. A label would have been nice.“

“Huge improvement at this location since it is under new ownership/management. The last few years this location was awful. But tonight the sandwiches were delicious, the customer service was great, and the restaurant was clean. Best of all they were well stocked on the various ingredients which was a huge improvement compared the previous ownership which was always out of ingredients. We will definitely be returning back to this location in the near future.“

What I don't like is the app, I have lost getting so many of my points because I have to keep logging back in every so often and cannot remember my password. They do not send me an email to reset it until almost a week later then it's too late to put my points in“

“I tipped with cash today and some lady stole it out of their tip jar while I was eating! Please tip these folks when you can. The prices are so high now they probably don't get tips very often, and if they're getting stolen that makes it even worse.“
