I ordered a Cookie Dough Blast through the app on my way home from picking up pizza on 8/8/19 at 7:55 PM. When I arrived and checked in I waited 10 minutes until someone finally came out and told me they were out of cookie dough. I just asked for a refund at that point, and was told the Manager would be out to talk to me. I waited over 30 minutes for a manager, and they never came. This location provides the slowest & poorest service of any Sonic I have ever been to. I just waited for almost 20 minutes for one drink. I finally left without my drink. I go to Sonic everyday because my husband says I am a "drink snob" and only like Sonic drinks. Too bad I can't get my drink from the one located closest to my house & work. I will never spend a dime at this location again!!!
Worst location ever! Every order takes an eternity to get. 29 minutes to get 4 drinks! No food just drinks.
