Are you leaving OKC and headed anywhere west on I-40. Well I have done that drive many a times and let me tell you. Gets a little boring. Need a little extra energy for the trip. You gotta stop at Nutrition Hub in El Reno! Dalana always hooks me up the with best teas and shakes! It's a very nice and clean place with free wifi. Nice atmosphere. Shakes only have one size but they're pretty large. There's only one person working so it was a little slow. We ordered a Banana Cream Pie and a Straw Orange Banana shake. Keep in mind that they don't use real fruit, it's got a mix of shake powders only. They tasted good, not amazing but they are pretty low on calories so it's good!

Great shakes and tea's. It's a herbal life nutrition center. But a definite great place to get something healthy. The Captain America tea, is one I would definitely recommend.
