“I have been reading the reviews and have to say most of them are just flat out wrong and in my opinion the food was delicious and hot, like just came off the fryer and grill hot, and I loved the costumer service and I found that if you are rude to them they will be rude back but just treat them right and they will treat you right

“Tried the caso smash burger. The Berger was good id prefer to be asked if I want peppers and onions tho. I also think they need to be mindful of salt usage some pp can't handle that much salt. The wait staff was great overall it was a great birthday lunch with my sister. 👍“

“All staff is very friendly and very concerned when it comes to what someone needs. But The management at this specific arbys needs to be fired. Ill be sure to bring it to corporate if need be. Just because a team member is mumbling to themselves does not give you the right to treat staff that way. A power hungry person who knows that people need help and will take advantage of it in every conversation you have.“

“Great place to eat food is excellent“

“One of the managers, Troy was super kind and personable! One of the employees gave me the wrong drink when I ordered a coffee and when I told them this, they told me they ran out of the coffee and shut the window on me. They didn’t offer a different drink or anything, just shut the window. I’m not someone to make a scene so I drove home. When I called the restaurant, Troy was very kind and offered to make me a new coffee if I would be able to come back. I had been sick for a few days so the poor interaction and being dismissed after I paid for something that I wasn’t given kind of messed my day up. Then Troy made me feel much better with how they handled it and helped me by not making me feel like a burden. You can tell they care about their job!“

Levi was so professional & such a Light in his professionalism… I just want to make sure he is recognized: he was NOT in a rush as in handing out the order: as deliveries from anywhere happens often… he was polite & just a light. I hope his job recognizes him for this. Too many times negative remarks are all we hear or take time to put out there.

“I just wanted to update that my food was replaced and was not old cold or burnt. Thank you sonic for fixing the mess up!

Old food, my husband and I ordered the same thing and he got 2 slices of meat and I got one. The meat was burnt around the edges as well. Tater tots were old and cold. Got our drinks wrong as well.“

“I come to this location almost every day of the work week. The staff is always friendly and have recommended some fantastic sandwiches I would have never tried if they didn’t recommend them to me. The manager is amazing, she is kick a** on every level of customer satisfaction!“
