Our soon to be four year old has been counting down to his Ninja Turtle birthday and telling everyone at Chick Fil A all about it. And this morning, when my husband and boys walked in, the team surprised him with a birthday present and a gift card 🥹 My son was shocked and over the moon excited! “Great place!! From the atmosphere to the food!! As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman. I am so sorry, I don't remember his name but I am sure he was the manager and he told us his name a few times. I have always been horrible with names, so to him, my apologies. He took care of us from the moment we stepped in the door. He introduced us to the menu, recommended the #3 so we get a taste of 2 types of chicken, explained the sauces and the comparison between the spiciness of them and also recommended for us to mix the Dave's sauce with honey to get a little sweetness with our chicken and fries. Huge accommodation! Truly appreciated the help. We paid for our meals thinking wow($36!) , not sure if we will return. Well, let me tell you, we received our food and oh my goodness!! Our meal had a chicken slider(we got mild) and then the chicken tender served on bread(also, mild). I love crinkle fries, so that made my day and a side of Dave's sauce in a container and a small stack of pickles(which I was so happy they were NOT bread pickles!) Enormous plus!! LOL!! The food was served HOT not warm, the chicken pieces were huge!! Took the chicken strip home to eat along with our fries because we were so full!!! Husband and I agreed, we would DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you for taking care of us! It was DELIZIOSO!!!“

“I am never ever let down when I come here. I'm pregnant and lately the popcorn chicken has been my craving, I get it almost every day. Yesterday, their parking lot was packed. I ordered ahead, but still thought I should've have given them more time. Nope! I pulled up to the window and two very happy young people greeted me. One handed me my drinks and the other handed me my bag and I was out of the drive thru in less than 60 seconds. Today, Max greeted me and was also so happy and friendly and fast. I swear this is the best place in town, just because of the atmosphere and speed, but they also get the order right every time, including all the sauces. Thank you guys so much!“

“Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax…… We left and called Charlie’s chicken. They were awesome, we had all fresh food, chicken Mac n cheese, etc and our order was $44.** for the same amount of food and service was amazing! Thank u guys for being willing to make us fresh food! “I enjoy going to this Popeyes location simply because of the friendliness of the staff and how when you walk through the door they make you feel like you belong and the relaxing atmosphere.!!! Plus I really appreciate the hard work of everyone who works there except a couple of individuals but we won't let that ruin everything!“

“Jenks losing KFC was a big blow, but gaining a Slim Chickens was a good tradeoff. Tried the spicy tenders and they were tear jerkingly hot and tasty! Ended with a banana pudding jar. Only downside is alas the parking, Jenks outlets can be such a struggle to get in and out of during peak times. Going during off hours is suggested.“

“Had lunch here today and I always get the jalapeno chicken meal and it nearly always requires a wait because they make it fresh, and I appreciate it. Today it was getting pretty late and I still didn't have my food. A young gentlemen worker noticed I was sitting there without food and checked on it right away and it had gone missing. He started a new round and stayed on top of it until I got my meal. I really appreciate that he noticed and did something about it. Given we see so many reviews complaining about service, today's service was top notch at Charlie's Chicken . . . and the food always hits the spot for me.“
