“I have been going here for years. I have occasionally tried other places in Tulsa but always end up coming back. Honestly the best Chinese American food in the Tulsa area. It is pure comfort food. The food is always hot, freshly made, and delicious. I usually get at least two meals from an a single order the portion sizes are so large.
The staff is a tightly knit family from what I can tell. The older gentleman can be a bit abrasive, but everyone else I interacted with is incredibly friendly.“

“I am so blessed to have Jacky Chen Express close by. In 2019 when we purchased our home, we made sure to pick a house close to Jacky. I love their Mongolian Beef. It is a perfect combo of beef and onions in the best sauce. The honey chicken is not on the menu but be sure to ask for it. You will never order sweet and sour chicken again. From anywhere. You'll just wait until you can have Jacky Chen again. It's that good. Surprisingly they have an order of 5 chicken wings that'll rival any in town. I get the garlic. Lastly they have the BEST EGG DROP SOUP I have ever had. Nicest people ever and their computer system saves your orders so they know who you are and what you want as soon as you call. So call em. But not on Sunday.“

It is also better than many of the local Asian restaurants that I have tried.The Lettuce Wraps are my favorite, but today I had the Spicy Korean BBQ Steak. A big bowl of rice covered with a generous portion of tender beef with green onion tops, onion, red bell pepper, stir-fried in a spicy sauce. “Love this place, not a chain great food with generous portions. Does take a minute to get through the drive-through, but I attribute that to the food being cooked to order. My favorite is the orange beef, and lotus wontons. Always crispy and delicious. I can tell it's not pre-made. It's absolutely worth it. I ordered mixed veggies add chicken make it spicy, combination fried rice, egg drop soup,and crab rangoon.everything came out hot and delicious. The crab rangoon was a bit skimpy ? The person taking the order was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant outdated and could be considered to look shady, but it is clean...the door to come into the restaurant is in a very awkward location. While the food was delish, it was 30$ for lunch for 3 people..kinda expensive for a drive thru Chinese place...then again everything is expensive

The General Tso Combo was delicious tho the chicken lo mein side ($3 extra) was all noodles and 1 medium uncut and broken chicken tenderloin. The Beef and Broccoli Combo was very tasty but Beef is the primary part ,not the Broccoli of which I had 75% Broccoli, 15% Carrots, and 10% Steakums (my observation of the Beef not actual Steakums). The side, Pork LoMein (again $3 extra) was dripping in sauce, the pork was flavorless and reminded me of eating BBQ lil' Weinies.
If it weren't for the outstanding flavor of the spaces used this would have been another Tulsa Chinese Food Bust. Now bottle or can your sauces and skip the food for marketing those and you'd have a home run!“

“Happy I picked this place! See pictures for what I received, don't know why it's not showing up here. Customer service was awesome, lady who answered phone was very kind and courteous. Ordered 3 way combo platter with sesame chicken, bourbon chicken, and lo mein noodles. Also got a large sweet and sour chicken and some egg drop soup. Sweet and sour chicken was just a whole box of chicken lmao I don't know if they forgot the fried rice or not as it should've come with it but oh well that much chicken for $11 I'm pleased with it. Sweet and sour sauce very flavorful some of the best I've had. Sesame chicken was ok had a sweet honey note but oh my gawwwd is this bourbon chicken to die for or what, has a smokey sweet taste and comes in a liquid bourbon sauce the flavor is incredible!!! Egg drop soup was soo delicious very strong eggy flavor just like I like it came with fried noodles. Pork egg roll that came with lunch combo somewhat small but the flavor kicks!! Live about a mile away paid $2.80 for delivery bought a rootbeer 2 liter, gave $3 tip, paid $35 total, all in all great deal for everything, received big portions and the food was very flavorful!!! Will definitely be returning!!! ??“
