“Little did I know this restaurant would become an oasis for me. When it was first being built, I remember thinking to myself, “What a waste of money—who wants to go out just to eat grass?”

Well, life has a way of humbling us. For the first time ever, I found out I’m prediabetic. I can’t have gluten. I can’t have dairy. I have high cholesterol. The list just kept growing. Prior to this past Monday—from the time I’m writing this on Google Maps—I had no idea my entire diet, and honestly my life, was about to change.

My doctor told me, “If you don’t start now, you’ll need serious medication,” and that could even put my flying career at risk. So Tuesday, I began a completely new diet. And let me tell you, I’ve been starving these last three days, eating nothing I’m accustomed to.

That’s why I call Salads To Go an oasis. This afternoon, I was desperate. Across the street was the old spot where I’d grab a torta or some greasy tacos—calling my name from a distance, begging me to come back. Instead, I pulled into this drive-thru for the first time.

What did I find? Salads. All salads. And at that moment, the Greek salad was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen.

Now I understand why places like this exist. There are people like me who simply can’t risk it anymore. For some of us, it isn’t a trend—it’s our only option. And I’m genuinely grateful places like this are here.

“food is good, of course. I tried the app for the first time. App is good. But the o e problem I have is that you have to go inside to get the food which is kind of weird. And then they just set it on a shelf where anyone can just take it, touch it, or whatever. I think I will just go through drive thru and drop the app.“

They dont forget stuff, food items look well made not like other ones where it looks slopped together or looks like they put one dot of sauce you cant even taste till u get to that bite of the burrito. “I have ordered online several times in the last few weeks and every time I get exactly what I order and the bread is always fresh and all the toppings are fresh and they actually add all the extra veggies I request via the app. I am always thanked when I come in to pick up my order and its such an easy and convenient process.“

“We wanted to try the $5 meal that has to be ordered on the McD app. Had a terrible time getting the app find my store location but eventually got to $5 menu which only offered the plain chicken sandwich and a double burger. Decided that was not want we wanted so decided to try making a order for curbside pickup so it would be ready when arrived from 1 mile away. Parked in curbside #2 @ that time only one car in drive thru line. Although our food was ready immediately when I got there but after waiting 20 min I found that the "curbside" was set aside as "drive thru pickup". When delivered to my car I received a diet coke instead of Dr pepper so had to wait additional time for that to be corrected. Disappointing - will order at the drive thru in the future.“
