“I wish this allowed for stars and not just "recommend" and "not recommend." I chose the recommend option because it is still a good place but I've been super disappointed the last couple times I've gone/attempted to go. The last time I went in, the ice cream was visibly soft. I tried a couple samples and it was more foam than ice cream. I like frozen solid ice cream. My husband got some but I passed. It was summer and I have worked in ice cream stores before so I chalked it up to the heat coming in and said I'd give it another chance. The past two times (tonight included) that I've tried going, there's no parking. Between the surrounding buildings and hotel parking/valet, there's no space for customers. I give up. They are good but not park and walk a mile away good. I miss the Boxyard location. (And no, I don't go to to BA so I don't go to that location.) 4/5 stars for quality and flavors. 1/5 stars for ease/convenience and location.“

Every morning for the last two or three years, and the employees are always friendly, I've never had to wait and they recognized my voice and remember my order. I like this braums. “This is my favorite Braums. I can get to this one from Sand Springs by turning onto 412 by my apartment faster than I can getting to the one on 97 and going through construction and stoplights. (The Sand Springs Braums is good though 😉 I think most Oklahomans take pride in Braums. Grocery store, restaurant, and ice cream parlor all in one. My cousin from Houston always hits the first Braums she sees when coming up. Oh, and best chocolate milk in the world. And at this location you'll see all kinds of things...like the dead body I saw below. Sorry about that one (he's alive).“

“I love Crumbl cookie. The Tulsa Hills store it’s kind of a hit and miss sometimes they’re good. Sometimes the cookies are hard around the edges. I always have to take a chance. From now on I am going to check the cookies for a freshness around the edges before I leave the store. They are too expensive to have a Non-fresh cookie.“

“We stumbled upon this place by sheer accident after leaving a video game shop across the street. Trying to navigate our way over, we somehow ended up in the Olive Garden parking lot. It was blazing hot, and thinking clearly wasn’t really an option—so we just parked there anyway.

The moment I walked in, I could tell this place had a strong following. The walls were covered in sticky notes left by customers from all over. But despite the colorful decor, the atmosphere felt lifeless. The place was almost empty—just us and two other people—and it was eerily quiet. The girl at the counter didn’t look happy, excited, or even remotely welcoming.

Let me pause here to bring up something that’s getting out of hand. Traditionally, gratuity was reserved for establishments that offered table service. These days? Every business expects—no, demands—a tip, regardless of the service quality. It's hard to justify tipping when you're met with bland, uninterested service. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this girl made zero effort. Then she had the nerve to give me a cold stare when it came time to sign the receipt, as if daring me not to tip. Sorry, not happening. You took my order and my money like a robot—no smile, no warmth.

Is this what the “cool” kids do now? Because it reminds me of my own teenagers.

Still, we stayed to see how The Freezing Cow makes their ice cream. Watching the process was interesting, and I enjoyed the final product. But I just couldn’t get past the cold welcome. I genuinely hope this was just a bad day for the employee, and not the norm.“

The bun was toasted to perfection, the meat was hot and juicy, the bacon was crispy and peeking out from under the bun, made exactly how I ordered it.
