We stopped in to get a gallon of milk and some burgers. Got to the counter, no one to assist. Hubby tapped on the counter 3 times, even asked for service of the two workers in the back. No one would come out, but did look at us. Finally, hubby got the attention of the grocery clerk, and asked for a manager. Guess there wasn't one around. Usually have no issues at most Braum's locations, however unfortunately at this one- the service was poor, food was cold and the order was incorrect. The lobby was quite messy as were restrooms. Overall was disappointed with the service and quality of food here. If you're craving Braum's I'd definitely try a different location.

They are always out of something, or one of their machines is broken. Make sure you have a secondary mind in case they let you down on what you actually want. They need better maintenance, and someone who knows how to order inventory.
